We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were able to check in a little early and the woman checking us in was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to relax for an unexpected travel delay. The hotel is conveniently located close to several food options so that was hassle free.

The hotel is outside Boston City but we had a car and it took around 15 to 20minutes to get there. It is not so far away. The rooms are clean and good size. The beds were very comfortable. The personel was very friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast was good.

This may seem small, but I've stayed at many Marriott Courtyards and there are usually small bottles of lotion. There were none this time. I left my moisturizer at home thinking they would most likely supply some. Not the end of the world, but just not up to the usual standard I've experienced in the past.
