We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere weren’t any liners in the garbage cans and I was forced to put my garbage outside my door until someone came to pick it up (at least a few hours) or I had the option to throw it in the garage near the elevator. Just imagine walking to your room and seeing garbage outside the doors …just tacky.

I expected at least they would have said it would have been fixed if I had called or they would send someone right up to make sure it did not happen to another guest or offer some discount , etc to make up for the inconvenience. Also, the heating system was very noisy when it turned on.....I did not report that.

United States of AmericaThe thermostat in my room was broken. I reported it twice yet when I returned at the end of the first day it was not fixed. One hour later, after the engineer, arrived I was told it could not be repaired by him. So at 10:45 at night, after a long day and fully exhausted, we had to change rooms. All because the daytime manager failed to do her job and have the problem corrected. She had 10 hours to do so. She also refused my request for a room change yet the evening manager was able to do so immediately upon learning that the thermostat could not be repaired.
Not good. All prepackaged and of poor nutritional quality. Plus we had Tolstoy for the food which was barely edible.

But now 2nd time i came back the room smells awful, the ac sounds old rustic annoying at night. Maybe the problem was the ac only in that room that causes the odor smell and it noise a little bit.

United States of AmericaConsidering that they are not mandating that all guests be vaccinated, Masks need to be required indoors, which I was shocked to find was not the case. They need to mandate and enforce this rule. The Delta variant is rampant. There was a man without a mask near the breakfast area. This facility is helping to spread Coronavirus.
Breakfast needed a better selection. There was hardly anything available.
