$200 per night seemed rather pricey, but the USA is now a expensive place for visitors from the UK and Europe.

Staff friendly and polite. Having looked at the other hotels in Fresno, it was the best of a middling to poor bunch. Fine for an overnight stay. Having a restaurant on site was a welcome bonus after a long flight.

I was unaware that I would need cash for the laundry and had no cash on me. Since we were staying for three days (and a colleague was staying for one), it seemed like they could have charged the laundry machine to our room and given me change to run a load. The front desk said that this wasn't possible. Our vehicle was at a job site, so the only choice I had was to walk to the Bank of America, which was about a mile away to get cash. The kindest thing I can say about walking in the area around the hotel is that Fresno is best seen by car. When I returned, the washing machine was in use. Tired and exhausted, I had an embarrassing meltdown at the front counter. I spoke with the front desk and the manager and the manager worked with me to find a satisfactory solution to the laundry situation, which I really appreciated. This would have been an almost perfect stay except for this issue. Suggestion to the property: either add a credit card option to the machine, allow customers to charge for the use of the washer and dryer or make the laundry free.

We arrived at this hotel after a week of traveling and finishing a trade show. Fortunately for us, the staff at this hotel are super helpful and friendly. When we checked in, Amanda at the front desk helped us how to figure out the best way to park our work trailer and assisted me in finding lunch options that were walkable from the hotel. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site, as after a long day of driving the last thing we wanted to do was to drive somewhere else to eat dinner. The rooms were clean and had sliding glass doors, so there was plenty of light. I had requested a room facing away from the highway and so I really appreciated that we had a room facing the interior courtyard, facing away from the freeway. There is also also an onsite laundry for customers (which is one of the reasons I picked the hotel), but if you plan on using bring cash (specifically quarters) - see the didn't like below. That said, this property was a good choice for staying in the Fresno area.

The rooms are very clean, as well as newly updated and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed - including my food allergy. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful and a great place to sit outside with a drink from the bar. This property also has coin operated laundry, a pool, and a gym. We were very happy with our stay here!

The elevators were located in an odd place, need more storage in bathroom and sink area. Late checkout was not available even though hotel looked empty and not fully booked at all! Staff acted very odd..

On my way to the gym and the pool, the last corridor is always full of laundry carts with clean and dirty sheets and many times unclean carpet, that could be better.

Pretty good menu and friendly service, no issues. But I can always appreciate complimentary breakfast like sister properties have nearby, same Marriot brand.

The house keeper was saying “ house keeping “ , and I shout out “ I’m still sleeping, I’m gonna extend one more day “, a few seconds later he opened my door , finding there is security chain lock , he ystill trying to use his finger to unchain. I asked him with shocking” what are you doing? “ No apologies and no nothing .

No wall regular outlets that you could use. They were all covered by furniture. The ones they did have on lights half of them didn’t work they were very loose. The pool area could use some work. It would be nice to have a heated. Pool is very cooled.

The lobby was very nice and having the bistro and the Starbucks was great. I will just say the staff was excellent. They were so friendly and nice.
