We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOne lady waiting on everyone for breakfast . 6 people in front of me. Very slow. Couldn’t wait that long. Ask for a refund and staff said I can’t so that. Brown oval shaped something in my bedsheets . Looked like it could of been a mouse dropping. I sure hope not. Big wad of black hair Laing on my bathroom floor . Looked like 3 splashes of blood on wall in bathroom.

United States of AmericaTv & coffee maker in room broken, no trash bags, pool bot available to use was not made aware. Was told I needed to contact booking. Com and have them to contact hotel as they stated they ( hotel) we’re going to comp one night . I do not think it is sanitary to put trash outside of room for them to go thru as they do not offer trash bags . I overall rate this location as poor.

I love the way the lobby looked. It was beautifully decorated, very modern. The rooms were clean, and I liked the way they were set up. There is a separate door for the toilet, so you can still use the sink while someone else is using the facilities. I also liked the bistro in that you are able to have drinks and sit in the lobby and just relax. We have stayed at various hotels in the Greenville area because my husband family lives there, and by far, this is the best hotel to stay in, we will be staying here from now on. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

United States of AmericaRoom 236. No microwave. Couldn’t make coffee because the coffee machine was missing a piece to function. The shower was leaking a huge puddle in the floor each time we turned it on. My mom went downstairs to buy a water and it cost 6.50. That’s insane

United States of AmericaThe bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I wasn’t happy about no vending machine for a snack. Instead I paid over $9 for 2 candy bars. That is ridiculous. A charge for a bottle of water in the room. Ridiculous. The receptionist that checked us in gave no information as to where the room was or the best place to park. Pleasant but not helpful. My husband has a disability that makes walking any distance very uncomfortable for him. We guessed well and entered a side door that was rather close to our room so it turned out okay.
The room was exceptionally clean. The location for those having surgery/procedures at ECUHealthcare is excellent. We paid a high price however for the convenience of a good location across from the hospital.

United States of AmericaWas breakfast available? I was not aware breakfast was included. I was not aware that the sheets for the pull out bed was hidden in the bottom dresser drawer. I looked in the closet. I didn't like the repairs that were obviously accomplished by unskilled labor. The shower faucet plumbing was backwards, hot was cold, and cold was hot. Room 240 front desk notified.

United States of AmericaI was overcharged for the room. It seems they charge you right away when you owe them. But if they owe you they take their sweet time paying you back. I think it took 5 days to be reimbursed.
Very clean and close to the University. My daughter was having a White Coat Ceremony for her Audiology Graduate Program. I had flown in from out of town and needed to check in early for a 3pm Ceremony. I was driving from Raleigh and the Hotel knew I was needing a room to get ready so I could be at her ceremony on time. As soon as I arrived in Greenville they said to call and it was ready within 10 mins. It was very clean and quiet despite a huge baseball game going on that same weekend. The staff was very accommodating.
