My room 306 did not have shower gels loaded and the toilet water line ran about a foot over to the toilet and didn’t look like the quality of work you would see from a Marriott. The elevator first doors to open didn’t recognize floor three when you tried to press the button. You have to open press any other floor and let the door close and then let the second elevator open so you can ride to third floor.

Main lobby is renovated and looks great.

We were there for 7 nights and rooms were cleaned once by them coming around and once because we called to ask them to clean our room after we had been there 4 days already.

neighborhood a little rough - car next to me in parking lot was broken into. Pool had so much chlorine, it choked the air. The breakfast set up was a mess and wasn't included in the room price.

We had 3 family members with different sleep schedules so the room was not adequate. Not the fault of Marriott but it did affect our stay. Will get two rooms or a suite another time.

Did not have breakfast. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool.were nice. Lobby was a useful place to read and write.

My only complaint is that room service never came and made our bed or gave us new towels so we had to call and ask for towels. I’m assuming it’s part of the Covid guidelines or something like that.

-The staff was very friendly. -They had a “grab and go” breakfast, but it actually had pretty good options. -They have nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the rooms. Overall a great stay, a good price and a good location!

Noise from AC in the room. Maybe have a smoking area in the courtyard as opposed to allowing anyone to smoke anywhere out there.

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room and facility was cleaner than other Courtyards. The Pure Room was worth the extra $10. The AC fan did make a noise ….minor detail though. The location of this Courtyard for restaurants is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised about all aspects of the stay. The Courtyard’s restaurant had a very limited menu item but totally understandable with COVID. Might make guests aware of this at check in since we’d plan to eat on sight but then found the traditional items were not currently available. Otherwise, great venue.

Bed was very uncomfortable and positioning of TV was illogical and impractical.

I assume because of COVID, the breakfast that we expected with our room cost, was disappointing. The jaccuzi was closed for shocking, which was disappointing, but we understand it has to be done, just odd it was on a weekend and not during the week.

The rooms were quiet and dark. Check in was easy and the ice and laundry facilities are easily accessible.

I didn’t enjoy the shower in my room. It was broken , there wasn’t enough pressure going to the shower head and the toilet seat was off .

I loved most was the comfy bed !
