Very outdated, exterior of the buildings are in poor shape. Room was clean but looks to be from the 70s or 80s. Our room did have a ant issue in the closet.

Plenty of things to do on the property. It was quiet and relaxing.staff is very friendly.

The water in my shower was initially cold. The maintenance staff rectified the situation. I wish the rooms had a microwave.

I really enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I also enjoyed how there are games, activities for the couples to enjoy. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. Evenings were very romantic by the in room fireplace. Gift shop had everything you needed, from essentials to things to spice up the trip.

We had to wait 40 minutes for check-in then we didn’t know we had to make reservations I didn’t get to eat till 7:30 upon arrival… everything was so dark we couldn’t find our room but we finally found a room!

The bar a Spooners was out of a lot of alcohol and a few beers on tap were out. We were served pepsi that was lacking the syrup took over and hour to get the pepsi refreshed.

The suite was recently updated.

I didn't like that the heart shaped tub had stuff in the bottom of it when we got there and the pool had hair floating in it before we tried it out first. The room was also very expensive for just one night. Personally it wasn't worth it in that aspect. You could get a delux room at any other place around the area that is not associated with Cove Haven and they would have rooms that were just as beautiful for a cheaper price and you could stay more nights than just one night for a decent price. Also, the outside of the rooms are not fancy at all. They look like a typical below average hotel.

I love that there was a heart shaped tub and that there was a pool in the room. The restaurant staff was also nice.

When we ordered food from spooners we called earlier in the day and asked what time they stopped delivering to the suites they said 11:30 when I called to order the food I asked to be delivered the guy said they don’t deliver that we have to pick it up even on the paper that was in the room said they deliver and that it was $4 more and also they didn’t give a fork for my husband salad.

Breakfast was good but was under construction the waiter was very nice. Location was relaxing but wish there was a gas station or store a little closer.

Although the room appeared to be clean, the living room furniture had a strange odor.

The room was very spacious. I loved feeding the deer and the various activities that were available. The dining room staff were amazing! Very attentive

not that much to do - roller rink closed, yard games were disappointing. food needs updating/overhaul - restaurant menu all over the place and NOT worth $79 for two. salad bar outdated and not well maintained. entrees overly salted, looked like they came out of a bag.

Breakfast didn't seem to have any non-pork meat options & didn't have much in the way of vegetables for non meat/dairy people. Also, I understand the facilities have been around for a while but keeping the bathroom functioning well should be a priority. The toilet required 2 flushes & the sink had a slow drain.

Loved all the entertainment & convenience of activities. The staff & level service provided were excellent! Every question and request was addressed quickly & satisfactorily.

Why is the frig in the bathroom ? That makes no sense ..Only two bottles of water all weekend .. there should be an option to have bottles already filled in the frig.. Fresh towels need to brought to the room every day
