I wasn’t sure about quality of amenities. Didn’t know if conditioning shampoo was 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, but we also got 2 body lotions. Also as big as the property, the elevators were at the end of the hall which was little inconvenient.

It was newly renovated and the hotel was very nice.

The insulation between rooms was bad and we could hear everything the neighbors did, breakfast was the same every day and things were not covered and dried out, staff was not that nice. We stayed for a long time and they did not refresh things, we had to keep asking.

No Cable TV only about 4 channels, shower pressure to hard. Woke up on the first morning by the front desk due to Maintenance needing to come in the room because there was a leak on the floor below.

Beds were comfortable, clean, nice looking pool but didn't get to go in. Also even though we got in very late front desk was able to check us in.

Although they have spent a couple of million dollars at this hotel recently, I think it's a missed chance to not have updated the swimming pool area. the pool itself looks old and worn out, there are no sunbeds, number 2 rule of the pool area is "take a shower before entering the pool" but there is no shower!!! The pool bar was closed despite the fact that it was a holiday. The room service is not available despite the fact that that is on the list of amenities... The restaurant menu is not very appealing, more like a fastfood chain menu and not a lot of choice. Same for the included breakfast; Good quality but very poor spread, especially if you stay for a week or so, then you will have to eat every day the same... The wifi connection was very poor and fell out every few minutes. The cable TV was not in use so we only had 5 channels available.

The warm welcome from receptionist Terri, the fact that the hotel has been nicely renovated at the inside, the spacious rooms and the overall ambiance.

The door needed to have a new seal put around it. Light and some noise passed through at night.

Everything smelled clean. The bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioner was fabulous. The breakfast was really good but the price is a bit high, at $16-20 per plate.

Not enough options for the "free" breakfast. Housekeeping never restocked the coffee supplies in our room. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for coffee and cups.

Every standard hotel provides water to its guests at no charge. It was disappointing to know that they didnt provide water. Secondly, they were very short staffed and I had to go upto the front desk to get what. I needed (even towels). Last, but not the least, they didnt clean our rooms for three straight days that we were staying. When I said we need housekeeping, they sent two people (who hardly spoke English) who just gave us fresh bedsheets at the door.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was pretty good as well.

Breakfast was average, à lá carte style where the options were "or, or, or" if you want something different from the short list options you need to pay.

Staff could have shared more information with check in. Had to ask about my bill, free breakfast. Room not picked up each day had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Food staff not very good with communication regarding meals. Food very limited.

Bed was way to high for a MS Patient who had to have help to get back in bed at 1:30am, 4am, 6am & 7:30. We made another reservation for Aug.4 but cancelled because of the height of the bed. Ridiculous for a handicap adult in a wheelchair. What we’re you thinking for an ADA room.

I personally hate carpet flooring, but what can I do... all around US its the same.

Breakfast was good, although due to covid, it was "a la carte", which is OK. Overall staff was great and location is very easy to reach airport and Niles Industry.
