Worst trip ever. We were all cramped up in the room. Even though the room was advertised as sleeps 5. It couldn’t even fit 4 properly. Beds were extremely small. Suffering with severe back n neck pain. We were there for 3 nights . House keeping came only once. Whole room became messy. I dont know why did they charge almost 1000 CAD for such a worthless experience. I recommend Booking.com also to update their hotel listings for this one. I seriously dont understand how this facility received 8.5 rating. Its not even worth 1.

Nothing really wrong at all.

Easy to get to, room very nice, beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking was very smooth and the front desk was great. Parking was good parked on Friday and did not touch it again until we left. Walking distance to DC metro was great. Walking distance to many different local restaurants just down around the corner. Thank you.

Faced couple of issues which led to very bad experience. 1. Toilet flush stopped working for which I had to follow up for 1 hour 2. A lot of our stuff kept in the room got stolen. Waiting for hotel security staff’s serious investigation. 3. On top of stealing incident our room was not cleaned when we returned to room A total disaster!!!

Made reservation for 5 adults. Called Tuesday to confirm 5 adults and give marriot number, check in at 8pm and was told roll away bed will be right up. I call at 845 and was told 15 minutes. We have to be up at 3. I have 3 small kids. I call again at 930 and he said he will call it in. At 1030 I go down and he said he doesn’t have one. He said he had a mattress. I said no and he said he will call and for one in 15 minutes. I come back in 15 minutes and he call somebody and says it will be here soon. I complained and demanded another room since I will be up in 4 hours defeating purpose of this stay. I asked for manager and area manage and he refused to give me name or number. In am I complained again and he said they were busy. He gave me 2k Marriott point or $17. What. A joke. I left.

The parking lot has a height limit of 6' so it was a very close call for our SUV (Sequoia). Something to consider if you are traveling with stuff on the roof rack.

Located close to lots of places to eat walking distance and the metro. Great breakfast recommendations from the front desk. The shuttle service was also a plus.

I found hair on TV stand that wasn't mine and hair on the bathroom floor. No blower in the bathroom; that would've been nice. Coffee in lobby was not hot but server poured me a fresh cup when I asked him.

I booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.

The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!

Professional staff who actively worked to answer questions. Clean facilities, rooms. Loved the ginger body wash. The scent is heavenily! One well thought out touch was the white noise machine on night table.

When arriving it was hard to figure out what to do for check in since there is no place to park and walk into the lobby. My wife had to run into the lobby and get instructions while I drove around the building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but this wasn't a major issue.

The location was excellent for our DC trip. Very clean and close to Crystal area shops & metro. We loved the underground walkways connecting the shops and metro station.

The $40 parking fee. Especially with 2 vehicles. A parking fee is fine, but that fee was excessive.
