The toilet paper. The loud women fighting late at night. I would've liked a first floor, it didn't seem like it was that full. The rooms need chairs to watch tv.

Had an issue with water leaking in the bathroom. Had to notify management upon checkout.

Location was ok to drive from, but nothing in a walkable distance. Strong smell of marijuana.

Very comfortable bed, great swimming pool and very peaceful. Basic room, but clean and ok for the price. Staff were very friendly.

Older facilities and next door room occupant would stand in his doorway and smoke!! A lot. Walkway outside room was bare wood, maybe being replaced.

The housekeeper they did not clean the room and I asked the housekeeper to sweep the floor and change the trash he said okay and never showed up and the pool needs cleaning more

Seemed very run down- not as nice as the pics. They are mid-renovations so there are plywood “floors” in places. Paint was chipped and peeling and things are generally a bit dingy. Bathroom was very small and cramped.

While I realize, this is beach season and the property is only 10 miles from a shore town, $250 a night in this type of lodging, is exorbitant. We stayed here because the location was a good one for the events we had, and it had availability. That being said, there was no breakfast provided with our room, and I discovered that we were given a smoking room, when our confirmed reservation clearly said non-smoking. I did not realize that the musty smell was stale cigarette smoke because I hadn’t noticed the small “Smoking” sign on the door. It wasn’t till I got home and accessed the reservation that I saw the mistake the property made. In addition, smoking and non-smoking rooms are adjacent to each other in the same building. Today, we saw a woman come out of a non-smoking room, lean against the open door, and puff away on her cigarette. Additionally, the internet connectivity was poor to the point of being nearly non-existent. I needed to use my phone’s data plan the entire stay. We were out of the room until late at night, so we did not approach the office with this issue. We had outlets that didn’t work, and we discovered the first night that one of the high hat lights would not turn off, leaving us to sleep with a bright light on. Additionally, because of the reduced housekeeping, the floor was dirty. For the price we paid, we definitely did not get our money’s worth. I would not recommend this place at this time.

The bed was comfortable and the room was updated. The management and staff were helpful and did address an issue we had with the key cards not working the second day of our stay. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice.

That there was hair in the shower and the bed the bath door was cracked. The air conditioning unit was dirty and making horrible noises There was kids loud and running around at 6:50am and unintended in the pool and the parents yelling out the door.

They improved it a lot but still needs more approvements
