The breakfast was quite overpriced for what you get.

Bar was beautiful and a great spot to grab dinner. Valet was great and gentleman helping me was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I did not fully appreciate the constraints of parking. It was a mandatory valet, which on top of a steep parking fee of $35 also involves tipping someone - everytime you interact with your car. It is absolutely excessive. Especially since we were there for a sports tournament in the convention center which only charged $10. So it would make just as much sense to stay a little further away and drive in. I thought it would be nice to be able to walk and avoid the convention center garage everyday it really wasn't worth it. The hotel garage never appeared very full and the hotel was at capacity so it even appeared we could have parked our own car too. Perhaps there are certain times of year this would be more necessary but not when we were there. There was a half empty parking lot next to the hotel that appeared connected as well. Overall it didn't make sense for the steep parking rate and need for valet only at this time of year.

Beautiful hotel, clean, and well decorated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location if you want to get to UT, possible to walk if you need to be on that end of the school but pretty far if you need to get to the dorms and other end but it appeared there was a bus and trolley running. Very easy to walk to the convention center and main square shopping, and worlds fair park. Lots of restaurants about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel restaurant was very accessible, good food and helpful after a long day at the convention center for sports tournaments and we didn't want to go out anymore.

Enjoy the themed Tapestry Collection properties. This one honored the clothing manufacturers by a button/antique sewing machine theme. Bar &food delicious.

The valet door is located too close to the bar/dining area. The door was constantly opening so the temperature in the bar was too cold.

Room was big. Staff was nice, especially the bar tenders.

One staff member wasn’t very friendly or kind at checkin, like we were inconveniencing her as she was eating when we arrived.

Location was great, bed was comfy, and we liked the king suite with the extra space! it was remarkably quiet being so close to everything. We really liked the vibe of the hotel and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful!

The tv would not play local channels. It would show that they could play but we could not get them to play no matter what we tried. Making the tv user friendly or having in room directions would be helpful.

Hotel was clean and classy. Simple things like having my name on the tv screen upon check-in was a delight. Exercise equipment in the room and a comfortable bed was a pleasure!

Price. Jacked up rates for a football weekend - three times normal price. And $50 per night for parking. Ouch.

Nice renovation to this hotel since we last stayed here in 2017. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower and great lighting in the bathroom.

The lady at the restaurant was rude to my son, who is 14 years old! I asked before having our breakfast if the hotel could add the charge of the food to my room bill, and they agreed. After eating my breakfast, I was in a hurry to finish packing. I went to the room and left my son in the restaurant, finishing his food. Then he called me to say the lady at the restaurant didn't let him go until he paid for his breakfast. He was nervous and felt pressure to pay immediately. She made him feel that we wanted to leave without paying. Thank God he had his own credit card and paid the balance of $42.00 dollars for two breakfasts. When I came down, the lady at the front desk apologized because what had happened since she knew that I asked to be charged for the food and the room in the same bill.
