You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast room way too small. Breakfast wasn't filled quick enough.

The wait for the shuttle was a little long.
There was a nice selection for breakfast. We used the pool area and our kids had a blast. The shuttle is great - we used it from the airport and to take us to mall of America.

Our room wasn’t freshened up every day new towels we had to ask for them, and then the person that we asked didn’t know how to speak English, we wanted to enjoy the pool, but it closes at 10 which makes it difficult, especially if we’re on spring break I think it should be open till later. The breakfast line is way too long. I feel like the option to have waffles is wonderful but they need to have a different set up so more people can get waffles made and then not have to try and find somebody to fill it. Better restaurant options, nearby .
I liked the closeness to the mall. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was awesome. We had a king sized bed with a pullout couch in it, face the pool , the breakfast was decent, the pool area was nice and clean.

Housekeeping was obviously understaffed. Our room was never serviced during our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was how much the incidentals was. We came to shop and 200$ extra would have been nice to spend shopping

We were super sad to realize the pool was closed my little one was super upset since that's the only reason we booked it. But things happen. Otherwise ok

On the weekend the pool is super rowdy and busy. We stayed Friday-Sunday. We were able to take my daughter swimming Friday night but not Saturday. Kids were running all around in the pool area to where my 1 year old daughter was pushed and knocked over into a metal chair. Go early to breakfast, otherwise it’s gets busy and you’ll have to wait awhile, which is understandable. I thought the hotel was closer to the mall, walking distance with a stroller and such. It’s feasible, but we chose not to with being so close to the freeway.
It was a nice area, staff was friendly and informative. The pool area was perfect for little kids when it was not super busy. It was also nice having an area for breakfast. The rooms were clean, things were dated but that did not affect the stay.

All the walking to get to you rooms the elevators were broken but even with the elevator it's a large hotel alot of walking to get to and from your room
The swimming pool area is awesome for the kids. Shuttle bus will take anywhere you need to at no extra cost ie restraunts, mall, train shuttle, airport.

The pool was very very cold so we couldn’t swim in it and we couldn’t be in the hot tub because there was a lot of children playing in there.
Overall really nice hotel. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff were nice.
