The lies before grabbing the room, there is no working pool they need to stop advertising that. There also was no towels in the room and missing lampshades as well as broken grout in the bathroom. It’s in rough shape.

The location is everything, it’s a good spot near the airport with a good view of the range.

The fact that management watched me walk outside several times to have a cigarette and when I went to check out she claimed that I had smoked in the room and wouldn’t refund my 100 dollar deposit that is the third time that place and kept my deposit

When I checked in there were no blankets on 1 bed the front desk said the rooms are as they come I froze that first night I had to go buy a blanket, towels ,trash liners, soap, and my own coffee every day no breakfast was ever served 1 or 2x a day my key had to be changed being locked out

Room smelled like smoke. Person didn't listen when we said we needed an elevator if we were to have a second floor room. The entire motel had no hand towels or washcloths. The "breakfast bar" had a few packs of instant oatmeal, and no spoons or anything else. The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. This is a lousy facility.

Was told after checking in that the pool was under construction. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, there were no washings or hand towels, when I asked about getting some they didn't have any. House keeping didn't clean the room any while we were there, we had to take our own garbage out and go daily to the front desk to have our room keys reprogrammed and get clean bath towels. Their website said they served breakfast but they didn't. Very dissatisfied.

The room were big and the hotel was located with easy access.

Had to change rooms twice to get a air conditioner that worked. The breakfast was very meager and they ran out by 7:45, because they sent the patrons from the super 8 next door over (6-9 breakfast hours). I was standing there when the clerk called the owners and requested to put more food out and she was told no, that's all there was for the day. There wasn't any soap for a shower or to wash your hands, only 2 of the 4 lamps had bulbs in them, there wasn't any clean pillow cases and the general appearance of the hotel was very poor. Bottom line is that the staff's hand's were tied because of extremely poor owners and management. Don't bother to waste your money on this hotel or the super 8 next door,as they were complaining about the same issues.

At least the water was hot.

We had to move to a different room because the AC was not working. We didn't have enough pillows or towels in the rooms. Also there was a water leak on the bathroom ceiling, The pool was closed but was not posted on their website. The whole hotel smelled muggy it was just not what I expected.

It was unbearably hot in the lobby, the room was literally falling apart, it was dirty, smelly, and just generally awful. Didn't match the pictures or expectations at all. No soap in the bathroom, bathroom counter falling apart, tv didn't work. The people staying directly next to me were fighting and screaming and there was no security to stop them. I ended up having a panic attack and felt unsafe to even leave.

The front desk person was amazing when I checked in. That's literally the only thing I liked.

There was an air of superiority with the check-in staff member. I felt that I was being talked down to. We had to climb stairs to get up to our room (we're both Senior Citizens). A bed and night table had obviously been removed, leaving the room with a huge open space, giving it a bit of a desolate feel. The television was not plugged in to cable or even the wall socket, which was a major disappointment to us. There were just wires hanging down from the ceiling where a smoke alarm should have been. The desk chair was broken and unusable. When I called the front desk to tell them about the problems, I was told that rather than waiting for my deposit pending room inspection, it would be immediately removed from my credit card. Since I expected I would be getting the refund back anyway, I did not view this as compensation. There was no one sent to alleviate any of the problems. To top it off, there was no breakfast in the morning.

The place was very run down. I stayed in a king suite and it had a kitchenette but the stove was broke, the fridge didn't work and the AC wasn't working. I asked to get a couple extra pillows but they didn't have any. There were only 2 small pillows on the bed and wasn't enough for 2 people on a king size bed. The vending ice machine in the main lobby wasn't working either.

The hair dryer caught my hair in fire when it was wet. The toilet had mold around the bottom of it. The shower had mold along the top of the tub. The pool was under construction the hole time. There was no breakfast, just coffee and orange juice. The heater smelled like it was catching on fire when turned on. The cable didn’t work the hole time.
