The carpet didn't seem vacuumed and the bathroom floor was dirty.

It's being renovated heavily right now so some rooms are nicely finished but large sections are torn apart and guests must walk through the mess to get from the pool or their rooms to the front desk and breakfast.

&, while routine repairs are understandable, I was reassigned to a ‘less convenient’ room than that I had reserved. The explanation being, “The room you reserved is for those with disabilities. YOU are not disabled so ‘we’ are reassigning you to a different room and freeing up the room for someone who may have a disability.” This was done AFTER I was initially told that my reserved room was not ready and that I must allow it to be cleaned. When I returned as instructed, a different person explained my lack of disability as rationale for reassignment….this done as the desk person came dangerously close to looking up from his computer screen to make eye contact. My reassigned room was ‘inconvenient’ and in a hallway which was ‘under construction’…

The Wifi was slow and kept dropping. Cell service was weak (non-5G). The heater was a bit noisy but adequate. Breakfast was decent but could have had more hot choices and half and half. One of the lights was not working but we had a short stay and didn't bother to mention it.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Location to free bus line was terrific. Bed and pillows are great. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee and tea. Water pressure very good. Decent value. Complimentary airport shuttle.

Used to enjoy a Hot breakfast with a choice of eggs, etc. Now it is limited to waffles and muffins

Reception services were very helpful making a room change for us and then refunding us our 4th night as we had to leave due to road conditions.

The bathroom was uncomfortably small, akin to an airplane bathroom and we are not big people. There was no housekeeping service at all during our 4 night stay.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location and a good value, especially including the breakfast, which was a nice bonus. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but both were nice & clean and a nice amenity.

Hotel seems to have made it difficult to operate the TV. Was not a necessity and did not matter.

No automatic door so it was difficult to maneuver luggage while holding the door open. There were children running the hallways & yelling/screaming in the night. Not very soundproof. The bedspread had a large yellow stain. There’s no early morning shuttle to airport & you have to book shuttle 24 hrs in advance

It was pretty clean & well decorated. There was a good restaurant next door. We were able to grab a couple breakfast items even though we had to leave for the airport at 4 am

Hair left in the bathtub and it drained very poorly. One of the bedside lamps would flicker on and off.

The room had a very funny smell which was quite off putting. The facilities are pretty dated but still worked.

The airport shuttle was very convenient but also arrived late to pick us up and late again to drop us off. But was still great. I didn’t personally eat the buffet breakfast due to allergies but it looked good.

The AC was Too noisy! The window locker was broken, which were fixed by the hotel staff.

The size of the room was okay, the bed was comfortable as the pillows.
