The tub was dirty with hairs in it from previous guests, the sink was dirty (not sure how housekeeping misdeed that), the sheet on one the bed was stained. The carpet is very filthy, and the room had a funky smell too.

It was close to Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City water park. The pool was clean and warm. The beds were actually comfortable and my whole family slept well.

The room could been cleaned a little better. It’s hard to sleep at night because the outside lights shine through the window blinds. The room phone did not work and could not call the office when needed. I used my cell phone to call office and clerk came by room to fix the issue promptly.

I stayed in the hotel previously. Stayed in the “family” room (#230) both times. I like it because the hotel is quiet and also it’s within walking distance from Knott’s Berry Farm.

The fridge leaked water, and in the middle of the night I stepped in it and slipped. The TV would not turn on. The AC sounded like a diesel engine could not have it on to sleep, too loud. The bed sheets had stains on them. Everything was sticky on counters and tabletops. This was for the night of 4/21 checkin

Our car was stolen from the parking lot! We woke up and our car was gone. I do not recommend this hotel. They have cameras for nothing if they are not going to keep an eye out. Now what??? We have to get a car rental to get home. Smh horrible

I found three dead cockroaches in the room, the room was dirty, it stink like cockroach really bad. I was going to stay two nights and I only stayed one night and that’s because I asked them to put me in another room. I asked them for a one night refund and they didn’t even give me a penny back.

The entire room was not cleaned . There was hair everywhere, the bed sheets had burns , the towels were so old , the walls had stains , everything was old and dusty. If it wasn’t because my kids were so exhausted from all the walking we did I would have left .

It wasn't the nicest of accommodation facilities and the linen could do with an upgrade. After dark felt a little dodgy with easy access for non-guests.

Having two separate living areas was suitable for a bigger family and the accommodation was positioned quite well in town.

I didn’t like how there were holes on the blanket and hair in the bathtub. The blow dryer looks like it hasn’t been changed out in years. It looked really dusty and disgusting.

The TV didn't work in my room. The woman at the front desk came to try to get it working, but every channel just said "channel not available." Nothing could be done that night but they offered to fix the TV or give me a dfferent room for the second night. I had to leave early, so vacated the room and checked in again around 11:00 pm the second night and was given a key to a dfferent room. Discovered after getting ready for bed that there was no remote control for the TV, and I couldn't find any buttons on the side to turn it on, so room 2 was also without TV (wasn't worth changing back into street clothes to get it dealt with). This room didn't have any hangers. The latch on the outside door was broken and the bathroom door was badly damaged around the lock. There weren't any USB ports in either room, nor clocks. The reading lights attached to the headboard didn't work. A small roach ran across the bathroom counter in the morning.

The staff tried to be helpful. The room was good-sized and there was a bathtub as well as a microwave oven. Cleaned well. The location was good for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm.

The carpet should have been ripped out years ago- it’s the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. We kept our socks on because nothing should touch it. Sheets had stains and small holes. The blankets are as old as the decaying carpet. One light by the bed was out due to loose connection The outlets on the lamp fixture can’t hold a charging brick. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work. And before anyone asks why I didn’t say anything, they know what these rooms look like. Nobody needs to point it out- it’s not a well kept secret. I booked the room so we wouldn’t have to drive home at 2:00 AM. I should’ve driven home.

Parking spaces are large for trucks and SUVS. Someone is always at the front desk. Very quiet when we got there and until we checked out. Oh, where do I start??! The walls were gross - peeling wall paper, skirting boards all over, in shambles. A big split in a wall. My lamp on my side, a torn wrecked thing. All the furniture was scuffed/scratched. The couch stained, ready for the garbage. Ceiling directly above the bed some damage. The front door was a joke. Peep hole covered with tissue paper. Emergency latch coming apart. Main lock had to have a good hard push to lock. We had a cricket in our room the whole time. Other bugs making their appearance in the mornings in the bathroom. It was all barely tolerable. Out all the time. Just put up with it. Some of the people around gave me the creeps. One guy with an ankle tracking bracelet on his leg. Other people using the parking lot as a place to hang out like it was their front yard. Everything looked fine on the outside. Basic room clean was fine. But …. Never again!

This hotel is very old and run down, the room had a strong smell to it, very old furniture in the room, that was falling apart, holes in the wall, stains in carpet. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.. The room was dusty and dirty There is a lot of homeless around and permanent residents that live there Hotel staff were not knowledgeable on the public transport system of buses and trains in the area WiFi was very weak Pool wasn't appealing and dirty Not much around, as it's a residential area and off the freeway
