Sink drain needs to be cleaned. Very slow to empty.

Breakfast was decent - nothing special, but it's free. The entire hotel was very clean.

Pool seemed a little dirty.

The location right on the busy highway and traffic noise. The back access door was filthy with dirt splatters and although was supposed to be locked, wasn't. I called and the rate they quoted was $20 higher than the Booking.com rate. Also, the pet fee was $30 vs the $25 quoted on their website. Breakfast was not exceptional.

Breakfast was lacking, fitness room could use dumbbells and at least one more treadmill.

Location, price, cleanliness, fitness room was decent, engineered hard floors in room (much cleaner than carpet.

Be advised- there is no elevator to access the second floor; only stairs. This was a surprise as there was nothing mentioned in my confirmation about this.

Large spacious room. Friendly front desk staff. Nice to have a small fitness/workout facility on the premises.

The walls were very thin, we could hear everything going on in the rooms on either side of us.

Property is outdated, a bit smelly and the breakfast was below average. The receptionist appeared to be a bit stressed due to internet outage. She took that frustration out on me. Would probably not stay there again if I had a choice.

No elevator for the second floor. I had older parents with me and their room was upstairs.

The staff was excellent! The updated rooms and bathroom were a nice plus.

Inattentive desk clerk at check-in. She prioritized finishing up some paperwork, then answering the telephone and dealing with that conversation before greeting us and doing check-in. Breakfast is barely basic. No fresh fruit. Nothing with vitamin C. How about some bananas and OJ?

location mostly… nothing much around outside of the hotel, even in town. smell of hot manure blows into town with the morning and evening breeze.

Only milk & yogurt were protein choices & no fruit. Hoping for at least a hard boiled egg & piece of fruit.

Coffee pots were empty and after finding someone to help took some time to get refilled. Blower over exit door was incredibly loud.

The grounds were absolutely horrible. Dirt, rocks, trash and nothing paved. No landscaping or anything pleasant to walk around on. We travel with our dog and the grounds were terrible even for a dog. Next door was a new Holiday Inn Express....which was landscaped. Grass and paved parking lot. Had I not paid ahead we would have stayed the night there. The breakfast wasn't very good. The waffles weren't great and the muffins were over baked. the bottoms were close to burned.

The room was very good. Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also good. Clean.

The breakfast was almost all sugar or carbs. We saw the back of a Holiday Inn for a view from our window. I didn't care for the plank flooring. I prefer carpet. It is more comfortable and warmer. Can't have it all.

The price and the cleanliness. Always nice to have coffee in the room when we first wake. I also liked that we were on the first floor.
