Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

overpriced for what the property delivered. Lobby is virtually only a check in/out counter. Boxes and supplies sitting all around. Staff acted like I was interrupting her when all I did was drop of f the room key. Not even a "how was your stay?. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were filthy.
Decently appointed. limited toiletries. less than average towels.

Furniture very old,toilet paper stand rusty,look like a piece of junk!!! Curtains in the windows have very visible dirty stain spots !!! I used to work in the Hospitality Industries for years !! I know what I am talking about It !!!
I only spent one night at friends house and one night at the hotel !! It was fair !!! I don't much to talk about it !!!!

I have stayed in multiple hotels while traveling the past two years. This was by far the worst of them all and it wasn't the cheapest by far. The amount charged for a room there is price gouging and unacceptable.
Not sure I liked anything for the cost charged to me. This property is extremely run down and in bad shape.

Bring in or train phone staff to be more courteous. And change the culture of the location to a more “family friendly” location so that everyone staying can feel a sense of safety for both themselves and their belongings.

The location was very sketchy, came late and had to use a security window to check in. Lots of construction/ street workers staying there and they were very loud leaving early in the morning. Was not impressed for the amount the room cost me.

The location. The noise of other guests. The smell. The attitude of staff. The cleanliness of rooms, no plugs to charge phones. Wifi very weak. Not many channels on TV. Not at all worth price. No plug in tub to take bath.
Our bed was horrible but they changed it out to a new one the next morning. Our TV, fridge didn't work either fixed it next morn. Glad we had a ground floor room. No elevator.

The place was sketchy .... We watched drug deal after drug deal happen and some scary folks just hanging around. As far as cleanness goes.... it was surface clean but had cobwebs in the corners and the couch was disgusting.

I was not concerned for my safety however, there were some other questionable appearing individuals on site and I honestly don’t know if they were dangerous or not but I think to certain people they could’ve been quite intimidating for them.
The location of the property, The fact that it was available, the value for the money and it was clean.

We arrived late night and there were people sleeping inside the cars in the parking lot. Outside many rooms in the corridor there were men (working class) drinking alcohol and smoking. They were not noisy but it is not a good impression. Room had a bad smell due to moisture. We just slept a few hours and left at dawn. At that time there were even more people sleeping inside the cars. Many years without staying at a Days Inn and this is no the standard I remember. Never again.-
The beds were OK although the sheets looked dirty until I realized that they’ve been washed but had bad and old stains that gave the dirt appearance.
