The beds were slightly firmer than I prefer, but bedding was great. Noise from neighbors, but we’re in downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest, so noise is expected.

The location is amazing and having a parking spot was a huge plus. We loved having the fireplace, living and dining space and and 2 bedrooms made it perfect for 2 couples. Did not use the washer but great to have as an option and WiFi worked well. Very well equipped kitchen.

I’d suggest spending $1000 and tile the shower with some mosaic, and undo the 80’s look and feel. Not a big deal but I’m being asked what the least feature was. Just tiling would make such a difference.

I absolutely loved how at home I felt in this suite. It's updated compared to most of the spots in leavenworth. But it was stocked with absolutely id even think of needing!

This is the best place I could imagine. If you are going to Leavenworth to enjoy the snow, this apartment (the 2 bedroom) overlooks Front Street Park where there is a sledding hill. Also, it is within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in downtown Leavenworth. The amenities were great. The dryer came in handy for wet and cold kid snowsuits. Full kitchen made feeding the kids easy and cheap. TV has a ridiculous amount of on demand choices. Fire place was the perfect ending to a cold day. We'll definitely come back!

Difficult to park especially when it’s winter. parking stall is tight especially if you have a legs car or suv.

We arrived at night and I couldn't find an address. Plus thearked parking had a different name than the booking. Der Matterhorn vs Der Sportsman. Certainly not a big deal but maybe the email instructions could have the Der Matterhorn info. I also wish the living room had a small love seat instead of the two seater Cafe table. It would have made relaxing and conversation more comfortable.

The location can't be beat. Lots of space. Pretty bathroom. Comfortable beds. Beautiful mountain views.

Would love to come back with our kids as we normally have to stay a mile out of town- but the site says children are not allowed.

The rooftop patio was dirty, had boxes stacked and a ladder leaning on the wall, just wasn’t picturesque like last year. The sofa beds are very uncomfortable, wouldn’t even recommend for a child, having 12 guests we had 4 on the couches and they were not happy with the mattresses. Pillows also need an update, they’re very flat.

Love this place, this is our second year staying here! Easy access to downtown Leavenworth, right next to shopping and food!

Difficult to load shows via internet on TVs. Need to close laundry room door as smell from fabric softener is not welcoming.

Able to sit out on balcony overlooking main street and park. Close to most everything you want to do in the area. Clean. Good ac in hot weather. Soap and TP provided.
