Apartment is very spacious, clean with comfortable beds, good AC, and kitchen with coffee maker, filters and we appreciated that coffee amenities were provided for our overnight stay. The resort is more of an apartment complex with a small pool area and it's a bit dated and tired, although I must stress that everything was very clean and the staff are friendly and seem to care. Totally fine and great value for our one night stopover in Palm Springs with older kids.

The decor is dated, and if the air conditioner is off there is a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The front desk has limited hours.

Travelling with mom and sister; we needed a place with three beds. The price was right and we were happy with the size of our unit and how well-appointed it was. We were on the ground floor the first night and the windows in the room rattled whenever anyone walked around upstairs, and it sounded like someone was breaking into the room. I notified Vivian the next morning and she immediately resolved the problem by moving us to an upstairs unit. The pool and outdoor area is great; lots of room to chill out. The rooms are dated but clean. The hotel is in a good location walking distance to the main strip in PS. Staff are sweet and helpful; Vivian was wonderful—accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

I didn't like the lack of kitchen essentials. It would have been great to have some ziploc bags and salt and pepper - some essential spices would have been great.

Loved the location. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The pool was great. And the laundry room on site was a wonderful asset.

Was a little disappointed in the fact that there wasn’t much in way of bathroom necessities. Since it was a unit with a kitchen, I expected more of an Airbnb experience. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, but had to go purchase shampoo/conditioner and body soap. There was 1 bar soap for handwashing and body and a tiny bottle of shampoo supplied.

Really nice condo. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great view of the mountains from the master bedroom and balcony. Very quiet. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Many good restaurants in walking distance.

There were a few changes that I was not aware of. The first was a $100 deposit on the first day of our stay that was new this year. I was told the information about this deposit was on the booking.com app but I did not notice it. There was also a change in the TV programming that did not appear to include the tennis channel anymore. The checkin brochure still contained the old TV channel lineup information. Also, I would have appreciated, at least 2 pieces of soap per bathroom. Thank you for the service all these many years.

As we have used this property for many of our trips to the Tennis Tournaments over the years, we enjoy the 2-bedroom, 2-bath units for the four of us. It suits our needs perfectly. The unit was clean and comfortable. We used the refrigerator but did not do any cooking in the unit.

The only downside was the the basketball hoop my son expected to use was bent and unusable. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was all good and we would stay there again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Although the room had been refurbished and maintained, it was showing its age. Certain areas of the property are in disrepair, such as a crumbling perimeter wall and an under-slab pipe leak outside our door.

Property is in a good location, a couple of miles from Palm Springs civic center in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious and everything worked properly. The room was quiet and away from the street.

The furniture in the living room was old and very uncomfortable - it needs to be replaced - especially the sofa! Most uncomfortable sofa I ever sat on - we were in u it # 105! Other than that everything else was just fine.

Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Space was perfect and we had two bathrooms!! Perfect!!
