Lack of hot coffee in reception prior to using the early airport shuttle. Lack of facilities to meet and socialise such as a bar.

Coffee and hot water are available in the lobby. But it was not hot when I checked in the afternoon nor was it in the evening. Also, the following morning, I left early for the airport and it was great they provided a bagel & apple to go for breakfast. But there was no coffee or tea. It would have been nice if someone actually maintained the coffee as a perk.

I needed a hotel for a layover and they provided a convenient airport shuttle. The staff were nice and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my reservation.

There is very little parking and didn't like the $20 parking fee.

Room was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and bedding was comfortable. The proximity to the airport was very convenient and the reason we choose this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The area was clean, many food choices including waffles, eggs, bread options, cold cereals and oatmeal. There were many places to sit and enjoy breakfast.

i DIDN'T LIKE THE NOISE, SMELL AT THE HOTEL. The worst part was we had international flight. We were extremely tired. The cleaning lady started knocking the door like maniac ar 10.10am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out is at 11am...Chill out!!!!!!!!!!!! And she knocked the door 4 times. At some point i got so annoyed... i know i have to leave!!! so annoying

No dinner services. No where near to get dinner and the prices of the frozen meals in the hotel were OUTRAGEOUS!! One microwave so with 4-5 people microwaving meals for 7+ minutes each.....took way too much time.

Shuttle from airport to the hotel took forever to arrive to pick us up!! No restaurants nearby if you want dinner.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not use the breakfast because we left too early but they do offer a packed breakfast you can take with you if you ask.

The shuttle to pick us up at the airport took forever. Other hotel shuttles came and went multiple times, but ours was way overdue in all the 3 times we used it.

Room was clean and large had everything we needed to be comfortable. Shuttle to take us to the airport was on time.

The breakfast could've had more vegetables to choose from (unless I overlooked them).

The shuttle service was appreciated in general, but I especially want to commend the drivers (who drove both to the hotel and from it) - they were extremely helpful and kind. I can't say much about the room because I spent only one night there, but as far as I remember, everything was fine.
