We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaCoffee and hot water are available in the lobby. But it was not hot when I checked in the afternoon nor was it in the evening. Also, the following morning, I left early for the airport and it was great they provided a bagel & apple to go for breakfast. But there was no coffee or tea. It would have been nice if someone actually maintained the coffee as a perk.
I needed a hotel for a layover and they provided a convenient airport shuttle. The staff were nice and accommodating when I needed to make changes to my reservation.

Room was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and bedding was comfortable. The proximity to the airport was very convenient and the reason we choose this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The area was clean, many food choices including waffles, eggs, bread options, cold cereals and oatmeal. There were many places to sit and enjoy breakfast.

The cleaning lady started knocking the door like maniac ar 10.10am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out is at 11am...Chill out!!!!!!!!!!!! And she knocked the door 4 times. At some point i got so annoyed... i know i have to leave!!! so annoying

The shuttle service was appreciated in general, but I especially want to commend the drivers (who drove both to the hotel and from it) - they were extremely helpful and kind. I can't say much about the room because I spent only one night there, but as far as I remember, everything was fine.
