Toilet leaked and we used our towels to clean the leak. When they came to look at the leak they stopped the leak and left all the dirty towels as they were around the toilet and some clean ones folded behind.

The staff let themselves into our room while we were going to bed. They had a pass key and was bringing someone’s luggage up. They had the wrong room. I was scared to death. Management did not give us anything for this mistake. Also the property smelled musty. Parts need to be updated.

We were there for a party. Food good. Nice place for parties.

The toilet kept running during the night and in need of replacement parts, the wall heating unit is loud as it goes on, drapes are old and need of replacement

I was expecting the rooms to be nicer. The walls were a bit dirty, the curtains were falling off.

The main entrance is beautiful. The rooms are motel like, look like two totally different hotels. Some of the room was renovated but looked a bit dirty. The beds were clean.

The chair is the room upholstery was peeling off. The shower stall didn’t have a door that closed so the water from shower spilled all over the bathroom floor and took multiple towels to soak up.

Some updates are still needed. The draperies on the window were broken. One lamp in room was not working. The continental breakfast needs improvement. The coffee pot was often empty and the bagels were few and stale.

The rooms need better maintenance. The faucet in the bathroom was crooked, the beds are old and lumpy, the toilet seat has missing paint spots.

The location of the hotel was good. Easy to drive to local areas.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. They had a pool which was great during those cloudy days or late nights relaxing on chairs and enjoying the quiet calm night.

My son jumped feet first into the pool. It was the unmarked shallow end. An employee yelled at him then continued to talk badly about his parents (I was sitting right there). Telling the kid not to jump in was one thing, continuing to have a public conversation about how bad his parents are is a whole other issue. I would have stopped him myself had I known it was the shallow end. It was a large pool with the shallow end near the building, opposite of what I would have thought it to be. Unprofessional and just plain rude.

The restaurant was closed on the Monday we arrived. It had great reviews and we were hoping to enjoy dinner there but I am unable to give feedback. It did look like the pictures. The rooms were quite dated. Overall, the lighting was dim, fixtures were broken (no smoke detector, light bulb out in the bathroom, fan had no cover,) and walls were stained, patched, cracked and needed updating. The furniture was quite outdated but there was a brand new television mounted on the wall. This is clearly a work in progress resort but the updates so far made this facility worth the stay. The pool was clean and unique. We would definitely stay again and hope that next year we will see new improvements.

The most important comforts had been updated. The beds were new, firm and comfortable. The bathrooms had been updated with a great rain shower head, new tiles and thick towels. There was a brand new television mounted on the wall. This is clearly a work in progress resort but the updates so far made this facility worth the stay. The pool was clean and unique. We would definitely stay again and hope that next year we will see new improvements.

My friend and I arrived 1/2 hour after the check in time. When we arrived, we were told our room was not ready and discovered a couple who had been already waiting for their room for 20 min. and their's still was not ready.Once we got into our room, there was no information on the amenities of the hotel or surrounding area in the room. The room was clean, except for the cheeto that we found under the dresser. We couldn't find an ice machine on our floor and there was no TV remote in the room. When I went to look for ice in the main part of the hotel, we did find a hotel staff member who did get us ice but it was another 1/2 hour before a staff brought a remote.

. When I went to the desk from the lobby where we were waiting, to ask how long it would be until our room was ready, the front desk staff did inform us there was a wedding that evening and did ask if we wanted to be closer to the wedding celebration and if we wanted to be upstairs or on the first floor.

my only major complaint would be the curtains on the windows they didn’t really stay closed. luckily I had a hair clip with me and I was able to hold it closed with that.

I am still waiting for the refund since their pool was closed and that was the only reason that they charged a resort fee, I have contacted both the hotel and booking.com with no resolution on this matter.

You need more furniture in the queen room. I stayed in 162. You need some chest of drawers. The towel rack fell. The finish of the wall by the air conditioner is sloppy and poorly done. You need to have towel bath mats since the other towels and too big for the floor. You also need a small coffee table by the couch. Other than that we liked everything you have done since you acquired the property. Your efforts are visible but I just wanted to tell you what would take you to the next level. Breakfast on Monday- Friday would be nice. Our kids stayed in 143 and all was fine there.

I didn't realize that the property was under so much construction and renovations it just was an ok experience

they moved us to a different room when we requested as we had a basement room which was not acceptable but they were very nice and accommodating for a holiday weekend
