It was a great hotel. Clean and the staff were very patient. Key cards didn't work our stay and if you left you needed to have an employee let you in. At 11:30 pm after a concert the poor guy at the front desk had to let a dozen of us in our rooms.

The main elevator to the right had tiles missing entering that could cause someone to trip and fall. Room 339 was missing black baseboard or skirting around the bottom of the wall by the refrigerator/coffee bar. Also the light switch was installed crooked at an angle and not straight; I am not being picky just an observation. A great hotel, but sometime those little things add up.

Breakfast great and staff. Night staff reservation Elizabeth was great and very professional.. The new Bartender Ray was absolutely wonderful; helpful and very professional and represents the staff of the hotel with great energy and professionalism. Overall; the staff was wonderful.

When I got there, they said I showed two bookings. They said they were able to cancel one of them but you still billed me for both rooms when I only used one. I never needed two rooms and I don’t know how this happened. I would like a refund for one of the rooms.

I am breastfeeding and pumping. I was hoping that they would have had a microwave so we could warm a bottle up quickly for our baby in the middle of the night but they weren’t able to provide one.

It was a very beautiful hotel. We stayed in the very top and it was a pretty view looking down.

I didn't understand why the only way to get clean dry towels was to call, but found out at checkout it was upon request. Also, the room floor turned the bottom of my socks Black, that concerned me.

I loved the bed. Very comfortable. The small refrigerator was nice. I enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was great.

Room could use some touching up. The wall had some damage with paint missing and the fixture in the shower seemed a bit loose.

Terrible parking options. Had to pay in the parking ramp across the street. Loud Wedding reception going on/ didn't know about ahead of time. AC in room never got cool enough in 2 days. Refrigerator in room was not cold enough. Some Base boards were missing near the bathroom and some wall/ceiling repairs were unfinished- unpainted. We had 2 rooms 2 nights on 3rd floor. Both were like this.

Our bathroom floor and shower weren't the cleanest but also not the worst I have seen.

The day we arrived there were some big storms coming in. The staff let us check in early and advised us to park in parking ramp to avoid hail damages.

The woman that was working the desk at check in rude. She seemed rushed. She didn't even explain breakfast to my husband.

The room was nice. The lobby was also beautiful. My kids also enjoyed the pool.

needs updating overall. the train runs by the hotel and woke me up twice. People walking by room n the night where talking and laughing also woke me up twice. Something was spilled on the elevator floor and not cleaned up only a hazard pillar was there. Tried calling this hotel the day before my stay several times to find out about parking options but no answer as the calls dropped after ringing off the wall!

location is great and within walking distance of several places to go.

The pool was not working. The price of the room should have been lower. There was a huge fight that broke up with rowdy people late. There was no tv remote in the room and we had to call room service but waited 30 min due to the fight.
