The wifi is terrible! It keeps disconnecting every few minutes, which made working from the hotel nearly impossible.

No swimming pool,no washing machine but hotel has family suites and the washing machine is very important for any family. No coffee,tea or water are complimentary.. and this was big problem during the closure of Christmas day.

Getting to the hotel from NYC was painful.

I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately the rooms were on different floors. Otherwise, the hotel was great and the breakfast was good.

The entrance doors were a little hard to get in and out of with luggage.

Excellent service from the reception staff, personnel in the restaurant/bar and concierge. The allergy friendly cookie was a welcome surprise. I was also given an upgrade to a suite with a view.

We were told the hotel was overbooked and they ubered us to a diferent hotel and paid for that night. We cme back the next night. It sounds great that we didn't have to pay one night but it's very inconvenient we had to unpack and pack our stuff . iam not sure how it was over booked

I like the place. It's in a very nice area of Jersey city. It's a short walk to see the water and NYC .

Not as family friendly as I would have liked. Only a microwave in the room. Would be nice if they added a few items. I also requested a late checkout through Hilton Honours upgrade, which wasn't honoured by the desk staff. Forced us to move to the airport much earlier than we would have liked. They offered just an extra hour for $10. Also, they need to remove the TV app and stop charging $30 for on-demand movies! $29.99 for Fast X?

Location is great, parking is decent even though not free but it's convenient. Rooms were comfortable.

Very good location in Jercey City, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Just 5 minute walk to the beautiful view of Manhattan across the river. Clean and spacious room. Many thoughtful details in the room such as sufficient power outlets for everyone's electronic needs, night lights and extra side table and shelves. The PATH transportation is just downstairs to take you right to World Trade Center. Nice gym facilities.

Unpleasant staff at reception. Our breakfast was included in the stay but had to convince them and after that completely misguided by both of the receptionist. We were told that we will get breakfast behind the room of our stay which was untrue. It was almost a feeling like they never wanted us to have breakfast. We actually surrendered one due to timings as the breakfast time was over at 0900. Not sure the reason for that kind of gesture. Not even handed over complimentary water bottles which I saw next day by other receptionist handing over to new guests. Although we had our own but was completely disguised with the attitude of both receptionists. Might prefer another place next time.

We arrived with 5 guests and only had 2 bath towels the first night. We requested 4 bath towels on the 2nd night, and they didn't arrive until housekeeping came the next morning. Luggage carts were hard to find and did not get returned to the lobby. My husband had to stop and check each floor to locate one (finally found one on the 8th floor) to use for check out.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this location for a visit to NYC. The nearby Path train was easy to use and very convenient.

The mattress is a little soft for us. It hurts my back especially after long international flight.

The staff is super nice. The suit is in a good location and close to Newport Mall and a bunch of restaurants. It is good value for family trip, a couple with teenagers kids. You don’t need to book two rooms which could be quite expensive
