    When we first arrived, we were informed that the ADA accessible room we requested was unavailable, and no free standing shower chair was available to help make the regular room accessible. We were essentially told to contact Booking.com about it and that we could either take a normal room or go to another hotel and pay for our stay there as well, as our reservation was non-refundable. We took the normal room, and while the room had nice decor, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows had zero support. The way the hotel is designed, the middle of it is hollow from the lobby up to the top floor. This means that if there is any sort of activity in the lobby, all rooms can hear it. The weekend we stayed, activity was high until 11pm, as I believe a kids soccer team was staying and there was a wedding reception being held there, so there was lots of activity. This didn’t affect our stay, but may bother others. The “free” breakfast is an add-on you pay for when you book. The food was delicious, but pretty clearly store bought pastries and frozen sausage and microwave bacon. By the end of our 2 night trip, between not having the accommodations I require and the terrible bed, I was barely able to move from pain. I was willing to let the whole thing go and chalk it up to a fluke and a streak of bad luck, but I did reach out to Booking.com who reached out to the property on my behalf. They claim the hotel was unwilling to budge on any sort of arrangement, but Booking.com was able to comp a portion of our stay anyway. Overall, I am pretty disappointed in my experience, as this is not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels, and feel I may have been better off staying at a Best Western on this stay.

    I thought the beds & pillows were too firm. They almost didn't find my reservation because my name was entered incorrectly.

    The location & neighborhood. Reasonably close to the airport. The bathroom was nice & spacious.

    The rooms are very outdated, beds are very stiff, and there wasn’t a refrigerator or a microwave. TV’s were old.

    Renovation work I believe in the room above us started around 8:30 which was a disturbance until we left our room about 10:30.

    Friendly helpful staff, adjoining restaurant was good, nice workout facility.

    the safe was not mounted to the wall in the closet. told the front desk and they had not problem fixing it.

    Dirty towels under bed, plastic grocery bag over fire alarm. Room was not very clean at all.

    The person at the front desk wasn't that professional. The hotel lobby felt weird, decor was dated.

    The little shop was nice. My room was okay, nothing special. Warm cookies were great.

    Would not match on line price. So I booked on line thus not allowing me to add to Hilton honors rewards. Being a Hilton honors seems useless. Why do we not get the best rates.? Why does this property not price match?

    I hated the fact that This facility dwells so heavily on mask wearing and calling people out who don’t have one on. Also that you can’t sit at the bar in the restaurant to eat a meal. You can tell the area is very Liberal and that alone would keep me from staying there again.

    I enjoyed having a restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner. Excellent service in both restaurants and delicious food. Rooms were very clean and people were friendly.

    Walls so thin I heard people in next room talking and coughing. Unable to hook up Xbox to the TV for my child. Center of building open to all the different floors was scary, especially with children. No balconies in whole building as I thought when booking this hotel. Room service difficult to order, scanning qr code taking us to restaurant's website only to order either as a take out order or delivery order--no "room service" really available. Bathroom sink squeeled when turned on. Toilet did not flush right, toilet paper always remained. No microwave or mini fridge in room like I thought it said there was when booking this stay.

    Hotel was clean. Only able to get up in elevator only by scannig our room key first was a good security feature. Only able to get to our room thru a security door once up on our floor was a good security feature.
