A couple of towels had stains, they were clean but didn't look good.

The location is really good, free parking also helps in the US. The room was quite big, had everything that we needed, and was clean. The staff was kind and everything went easy.

There were homeless and mentally unstable people everywhere, we were even broken into at 2am when they banged on the door then tried to come through the window

Ventilation in the rooms was not always ideal, but we managed fine

Very kind and accommodating cleaning and reception staff. Special thanks to Mawuli at reception who helped me with a special housekeeping request in the evening. Also appreciated the hot water kettle which reception kindly provided upon request. The security guys watching the parking lot were also friendly and made us feel safe. Easy location by car to everything, especially Griffith Observatory and easy walk to great Thai town restaurants.

Noisy bunch of guys came in at 3.30 am & were shouting outside our window till 5am rattling metal trolleys up & down they started again at 7am. We were too scared to ask them to be quiet as they were speaking Spanish & we thought they were a drugs gang. We did not sleep a wink - NO SLEEP AT ALL & ON EDGE - SCARED- we had an overnight flight to London that night so not happy with the situation at all. In fact we should get a REFUND from booking as hotels are places of rest & sleep not noisy parties and all night shouting. One knock on our door by mistake in the morning & they- about 8 of them looked ok just young guys but in the middle of the night it's a different story not knowing what sort of people they were & not wanting to get into a dangerous situation. The manager was very good and gave us a12 noon check.out when he saw how wrecked we were after being kept up all night. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ! We booked all the hotels for our trip to LA through booking & they were all great except this last one.

The room was good and the staff very kind. I also had the chance to let my car there after the check out for a couple of ours till I went to the airport. I recommend for single travelers. The hotel don't have breakfast service, but yo have a gas station in the corner and other places near to buy food.

The walk to Hollywood or Mt Griffith seems doable but the city is really not adapted to it, a car is really needed even for personal safety

The location is convenient near the high way but also near some great landmarks, for instance Griffith Observatory is 15 minutes away by car. Free parking is great, we felt safe in the surroundings of the hotel. The room is reasonably sized and clean.

I did not like they don't have microwaves in the room or coffee pots. I'm sure you can ask them to warm your food up but it's not convenient. The only place to get water or drinks is to go by the vending machines right by the front office, inconvenient. Or go up the street to 7 Eleven or Target (not far though).

It was 30 minutes from the airport. It's a small hotel where the rooms lead straight to outside which I like, more privacy to me and I don't have to be quiet. Right on Sunset Blvd and close to Target. Not far from the Hollywood walk of fame. The staff was very nice and helpful. The price was decent for the area and the building. I didn't drive but they had good parking, lots of spaces.
