Room cleanliness. There was so much garbage and dirt underneath the tv stand it was awful not to mention the shower nozzle came off and hit me in the head after trying to adjust it

The staff in the hotel were very nice and polite I would much rather stay here than pine River inn or nisswa Inn and suites, I would tell everyone to stay away from those two places and definitely worth the drive to motley, but if you don't want bed bugs or germs stay away from pine River inn and nisswa Inn & suites, the room even made my dog sick . Would highly recommend to stay at the Eastwood Inn in motley.

Dead bug in our room on the bathroom floor. Our room smelled gross. 3 of my 4 kids cut their feet open in the pool.

The pool was closed, but no mention at check in. My 8yr old almost got into the pool before i noticed there were no towels. Had to ask front desk staff for towels and then was informed pool was closed. The room was not vacuumed, dirt and wrappers of some sort all over the floor. The shower squeeled like crazy when running. And you can HEAR everything. I could hear what was going on in the 2 rooms ACROSS the hall from me all night long. And there were tkmes the guests were in the hallway playing loud music and singing/screaming. The second entrance/exit was not locked at night. The yard was filled with cigarette butts, beer bottle tops, and beer bottles/cans. The breakfast room wasn't very clean and the breakfast itself just seemed unappealing.

It was easy to find.

Nothing. No pool. No hot tub. No breakfast. Walls were bad. Bathroom tub was dirty. Floors were dirty.

They lie called and asked about the pool and if it’s working was told yes we arrived hotel did not look little the photos staff were rude and we were informed the pool and hot tub were in fact not working! So we didn’t stay!

Our room keys didn't work for the length of our trip had to go each day and get new cards and didn't pickup soiled towels every day..only hangup was the sink was out of the bathroom and no counter space

They advertised breakfast on line and even on the front sign and there was nothing! I was charged twice two different amounts and called the hotel, and they were no help in resolving the issue so had to do other means to get my money back!

There was a strong bad smell everywhere, the kids went swimming and there was glass in the pool and one of the kids cut there foot from the glass, the couches in the lobby belong at the dump, the breakfast was a joke. Overall, was very disappointed with this place! The pictures on the site are not what it was like.

Couldn't understand front desk manager, breakfast was not worth your time, hot tub was cold, a pair of goggles broke(did not know they were glass) told front manager from my knowledge pool was not shut down to be cleaned up, beds were hard as rocks, rooms were outdated and not fully stalked, lights flickered, air conditioner needed major cleaning, no microwave, sink and tub were cracked, holes in carpet

Breakfast was a lot of sugar with little nutritional value. The carpet had several burns. The room smelled like cigarettes. The water faucets were installed backwards.

The pool and hot tub were open and functional, as was the internet. The staff were responsive.

Beds were uncomfortable. Possible mold, air quality was horrible, woke up and couldn't breathe. There was blood on the curtains, floor was dirty and just run down overall. Also the pool area was closed.

Room stunk. Missing lamp shade. Dirty room. Pool closed "due to covid". "Breakfast" was ridiculous, toast and cold cereal. No coffee. Noisy fan in bathroom. Kids running in the hall at 11:00 pm. Hard ass bed.
