United KingdomRoom needed cleaning desperatley,floor was filthy.Mirrors very dirty(i had read previous reviews and came prepared.)Tired and used,very dark,had to use lights all the time due to having no privacy if opened curtain.(Put blind up on one small window.)No kettle to make coffee or tea.(take out microwave,no need as you have nothing to eat with eg,plates,cutlery.)No hairdrier.(An absolute must)no bed making yet came in every day to bring towels
Bed was very comfortable,pillows good,good tv(if needed) decent sized room.Shower was fine.(Mostly)Fridge worked. Room on busy highway,but you soon adjust,quieter at night.Parking outside door.Fresh towels every day.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was what I expected for the area, but my room faced a busy (noisy) street an was woken several times from loud drivers (not the fault of the Inn). I will request not to be adjacent to the road next time. Also, the air conditioner is kept off when it is not occupied, I understand for electric savings, but at least turn it on before you plan put someone with a reservation in it. I sweat heavily for two solid hours before it cooled down enough! There was leftover food stains on top of the microwave, and my ice bucket was placed in a plastic bag covering only to find greasy hand prints inside of it from a previous customer. Not a big issue, but the cleaning details matter to some people. In my opinion, the nightly price should be more in the $50-$75 a night and not $75-$100 a night.
The room was a good place to shower and sleep for the night, even if I was woken up a few times.

United States of AmericaBeware of trumped up reviews, same person giving multiple level 10 reviews. This hotel is not a 10 in any way shape or form. Price a bit high for the quality, however we didn't expect the Hilton, but what we did expect though was a clean room. The tile floor was very dirty and the side table had some kind of dried yuck on the lower shelf. Also, the mattress was very hard. Upholstery could use a good cleaning, it was a bit scary to sit on the chairs. The parking lot on the street side of the hotel was very narrow, had a few issues pulling in and out. Watch out for that pole when backing up. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. No breakfast is served. Go to Rose' Cafe for very good coffee and breakfast. Very large portions.
The size of the room was nice for three adults and it was in a good location as far as getting around Arcadia and into Nocatee. Surprisingly we did not hear the traffic and were able to sleep through the night. A/C very cold, don't think the thermostat was working. Enjoyed watching old reruns of Wagon Train and Gunsmoke. The little fridge was nice, actually had a small freezer section. Wifi worked well. Barbara in the front office was very nice and very helpful, she recommended some great restaurants.

United States of AmericaWe were traveling with small children and there was only either a king or 2 doubles so we opted for the king, and brought an air mattress for the kids. I called in advance to ask for extra bedding and we were told that was not an option. I have never heard of such a thing, but we were already booked and paid so no choice. The room they tried to put us in was just a few steps away from a very busy highway. I was concerned about the safety of our kiddos (and noise) so I asked for a room in the back, which was completely empty. I was told no so we ended up driving all the way home after a very long day. I was willing to sacrifice the $120.00 I had paid, but they ultimately refunded my payment.
Proximity to my event was the only reason I booked. They did issue a refund, which I thought was going to be an issue. Glad they did the right thing.
