Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Costa RicaIncredibly, I stayed four nights and they were unable to fix (maybe just change batteries) the safe box. Also, the TV control did not work. Maintainence seems to be very bad, which is sad because the place is very good. At night, It is hard to find the hotel entrance.
The room was comfortable, well equipped. It has a big refrigerator, microwave and good fornitura. And the decoración is original. The patio in front of the rooms is very attractive; most interesting. The staff was nice.

United States of AmericaThe shower design with a half glass door allowed for a lot of water to soak the floor. There weren't enough towels to soak it up between two showers so that was the one thing.
I loved the room decor. It was stylish and fun, unique. The room was new, everything was clean and fresh. We were only there a night so did not get to enjoy the patio area though that looked very fun as well.

United States of AmericaCheck in is a bit wonky, even though I noted we were going to get in later, at 8:45. It took a while to find someone and took a long time to actually get our keys. Restaurant wasn't open and there's not much around. No one was hanging out, which was why I booked the hotel. Apparently I expected too much from a Monday. The room was fine, cute and kitschy but some things are not practical for this day in age, like the outlet boxes across the room from the bed and I thought it was odd there were only 2 room type options, king or bunk beds.
The outdoor space is great. The room has a fun ambience.

CanadaI liked everything, minus one minor detail, the flooring in the room wasn’t done very well, so it doesn’t stay flush to the floor, a bit annoying to walk on.
Vibes, love the chill area in the middle

United States of AmericaThe band that played during our stay was not great. I like a lot of eclectic music but they just were not very good.
Bunk bed mattresses were very comfortable. A/C works very well. Apple TV in each room is nice. Provided soap & shampoo is very nice.

EcuadorUnfortunately my room was a not that clean, my feet were dirty only from walking barefoot around my room. I traveled solo, honestly, the area does not seem very safe, saw a few homeless people near the hotel entrance.
Staff is super nice, the outdoor area is pretty cool. My room had a big fridge and microwave. Close enough to concert venues like The Van Buren.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that the floors were VERY dirty as well as the bathrooms were a bit grungy. I also didn't like that the shower didn't have full coverage and the water was splashing out all over the bathroom floors.
I love the vibe of this hotel! Our greetings from the front desk agent was amazing. She was so welcoming and was very happy to even show my husband and I the trailer unit that could be occupied as well!

United States of AmericaThe water was running in the sink nonstop, we were told it was broken so it wasn’t a big deal. The main issue was that we had requested a pullout couch and it had no sheets or pillows. We asked the front desk for sheets and they literally gave us one sheet and a poncho. I also left something in my room by mistake and I asked the front desk if they could ship it to me, I of course would be happy to pay for that but they said they would look for the item and then never got back to me.
It was a super cool place with fun decor and a really good restaurant

United States of AmericaLittle clothes hanging space. Since I came for a business trip I had quite a few outfits that I had to steam and hang since there was no iron in the room. This made hanging my suits and jackets a bit tricky. Also having another foldable/small chair in the room would have been a game changer to sit in front of the mirror and do my make up after standing all day. Having a small roller tray/ shelf in the bathroom would be nice to put my toiletries while getting ready. More charging ports near the bed would also be a game changer. If more that one person stays in a room a base with more than one USB ports may do the job.
The bed was super comfortable. I slept so well. I love the decor and the kitchenette. I love the energy and vibe. Very LBGTQ... Friendly.
