Smoking area is a ways away. I am handicapped and had a hard time getting over there. The hotel is run down, but the room was okay.

The front desk was amazing. I got there and the room I booked was not the room I got. She immediately changed it to a better room.

There’s still damage to a portion of the beach are from a hurricane.

The employees were all top notch, from the front desk, individuals cleaning the rooms, and the people working the breakfast in the morning.

I have mobility issues so I wasn't able to use the shower. You need more handicap units.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. We liked the view. Excellent value. Breakfast lady was very nice and friendly. Two pools were both very nice. Parking was very convenient to the room. Had elevators so you don't have to deal with stairs.

Walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations as if they were in the same room, good thing we didn’t have noisy people next to us

Room wasn't cleaned from day we arrived until we left- 10 days.They met us at the door with clean towels and we had to deliver our garbage pails to them. Didn't seem right .

I encountered a problem with the automatic door system that didn't work properly and won't read the card twice but the staff came and resolve the problem, twice.

Staff, Excelent, Rooms with old decoration but clean with the exception of few minor detail of dirt in the bathroom and around the bed platforms. Exterior hall wall and door will need atention of painting. The rest of the area was good.

The breakfast area was out of any breakfast sandwiches they had initially provided, and the choices were few.

The hotel was right on the beach, we loved that. The room was big enough for our family with grown children and we were all able to stay in room. The room had a view of the ocean.

Only one of the pools was open after I was told all three pools would be and it sits behind and between the buildings so no sun gets in which is weird but the pool was heated so I'll give them that. Also some rust around the tub in the bathroom which is an eyesore needs to be fixed ASAP! Lastly the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint.

At first glance when we pulled up my husband wasn't too sure about the place but after checking in and seeing our room it was very clean and spacious. Traveling with two kids and an infant we need the space. We had a full kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave:)

The bathroom is stupid designed. toilet was very loud!! the shower has no option to turn it on and adjust temperature without getting blasted with full shower water. no place to set soap or shampoo down, no place in bathroom to put towels on or clothing cept the toilet. sink to wash hands you have to open a door to sink.

The breakfast buffet was bare. There wasn't even any coffee. There was cereal, but no milk....no muffins, bagets....just some oatmeal packets and dried cereal. It's advertised as a continental breakfast but it was not.
