Only complaint was they didn’t answer the phone all morning And mid afternoon when I needed to check in early.

The woman who finally called was nice on the phone. She also stayed later than expected and waited for me to check in. She was very friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was HBO TV. I had plenty of towels and when requested she made sure I had a room further away from the main road for quietness.

It’s very outdated and therefore does not feel the cleanest even though they do their best. You also pay less so it’s understandable.

The personell was really friendly. The people before us clearly smoked in the room and we immediately got a different room. Good location to explore Old Town of San Diego

    - after made the reservation, we received private messages from the hotel with scam messages and links requested credit card details. - we were requested to fill out a registration form for the stay at check-in, including personal email address and residential address. - air condition was very loud. - hot water in the shower ran out very quickly. - one of the shower knobs was broken and detached from the wall. - the room smelled very stuffy.

    - close to shops, service stations, restaurants, and the national park. - bed and beddings were comfortable. - the room was neat

The room smelled heavily of air freshener when we entered. Some small bugs were crawling near the drain of the bathroom shower. A big weird bug, half crushed, appeared under my luggage the morning we left. Nothing out of the ordinary that happened, and anything we didn't like is consistent with the price we pay.

The location was great for visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The price was reasonable in comparison to alternative options. The check in process was easy. The staff were friendly. The room was decently clean and comfortable for the price we pay for.

Nothing. It was very nice. There were a couple of food places in walking distance and It was a short drive to a range of eating options.

Very clean and well appointed room, with full kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute little eating area). Liked the big bed, and the usb ports in the sockets were handy. The garden was very well maintained. Didn’t get a chance to use it but the pool also looked nice.

Shower drain was slow. Furnishings dated and a bit warm, which isn’t important to me.

Since it was a motel, it was super easy to load and unload just outside our door. Full freezer! Small but allowed us to refreeze our cooling packs for our cooler. Of course had a fridge as well. Bed was very comfy.

There were no facial tissues or wash cloths, and the bed had an annoying metal “skirt” I must have inadvertently kicked at least a dozen times.

Good location for the national park and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room included a table, microwave, and refrig. The parking spaces were super wide by today’s standards.

I realize it's a low budget place, but new comforters, thicker towels and non squeaky mattresses would be a big improvement.

It was clean, and quiet, convenient place to meet up with our Marine nephew.

Bed was very comfortable. Great to have a free ice machine. Really close to Joshua Tree National Park North Entrance. Pleasant staff checking-in. Room heater was really effective for quite a cold day/night. Pool looked nice too, just was such a windy cold day on the day we were there.

The motel is right on the main highway so it is noisy all night with traffic. The room was fairly clean, but the floor needed to be mopped. This was very similar to what you would find at a Motel 6.

The motel is conveniently located to Joshua Tree National Park. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
