    I wish the couch and floor in room was cleaner

    Breakfast was delicious. Loved the fresh omelette. The food in the restaurant was delicious which surprised us. Highly recommend

    The fitness center was out of wipes to clean the equipment. I was happy to see a Peloton bike, but unable to sign in to my Peloton account on the bike. There were buckets in the atrium to catch the rain dripping through the skylights. Only one operating elevator.

    We liked omelet station and breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. The staff was very personable and helpful.

    The mattress pad on the pull out bed had stains on it, temperature of room was difficult to manage-too warm and ac did not cool down room

    I did not like happy hour. All we had were chips and dips. Seemed skimpy to me.

    The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was luxurious.

    Room was either ice cold or really hot, no in between. Shower has mold on caulking around tub.

    The breakfast was good. Food was lukewarm but lots of options.

    We had to jiggle the handle on the toilet for it to work a couple of times.

    The breakfast was amazing. I loved how spacious the rooms were and staff was very friendly and helpful.

    pool water didn’t look clean - no smell of chlorine in it . hallway early in the morning had trash and food still out on the floor by elevator and main floor.

    Only complaints were I didn't get the correct room.. Was supposed to have the room with a balcony, but I didn't say anything because I assumed since the hotel was completely booked, I wouldn't have been able to get another. Was a little loud with all the events going on and the teenagers being loud at all hours of the night. Elevator was also slow.

    Clean room and nice staff. Room was comfortable.

    me and my two children all got pink eye, I had a puss bump on my wrist and there was PUKE floating in the pool. pretty sure that’s how we got pink eye. the cleaning staff didn’t come and take our trash out once and we stayed all weekend. we only had one TINY garbage can so I kept having to do all the cleaning myself. it was stressful.

    I liked the ammenities and the options for the free breakfast. the bar staff was awesome as well.

    Couch in room was nasty, dirty. Could hear everything in room next to us. Elevator broke, only 1 working. Long waits. Check in was interesting, couldn't find my reservation, csr said hold on while she went to lobby to talk to what looked like family to receive coffee drinks, taking her time. Still waiting, she ask the other rep who said, I can not find it. So again she starts talking to her family. I had 4 granddaughters waiting with me. I was very patient, finally she came back and said let me see that again. She found my reservation, it was transposed last name first. Didn't seem that it had to be this difficult. Now they have about 6 people in line. Smoke alarm went off the next morning, didn't seem like anyone was in charge or telling us what to do. We packed our stuff and left quickly.

    Beds comfortable, breakfast was nice.

    Only 1 working elevator. The omlet guy was super grumpy.

    Room comfort and cleanliness were wonderful. Evening reception was great. Cook to order Breakfast was much better than the last stay

    Side entry building door by the Blu Bar was not locked during the night (after 12 midnight). Key entry pad not activated. Doors left unlocked…easy access for non guests. Safety concern.

    The ceiling was leaking, with buckets placed all over catching the rain. The pool was closed. They were severely understaffed. The restaurant had a tiny menu. We stayed here right as COVID shut everything down, and it looks like it has never recovered. It was very sad to see.

    Good breakfast. The very few people who were working there were wonderful.

    The broken shower handles

    We always stay at this one Embassy suites in blue ash. This time the room looked worn, and the shower was broken the handle came off in my hand.

    the pull out couch was bad. the blanket given to me to use was in horrible old condition. matted from heat exposure in the dryer.

    Friendly staff and great breakfast

    None of the light switches worked (aside from the bathroom). The door needed to be forced closed to latch, and the deadbolt wouldn't engage. The indoor pool was cold and in need of cosmetic repairs.

    The room although big, had stains all over the carpet which gave the appearance of being dirty. I also didn’t feel that the room was as clean as it should have been. There was cobwebs all over the ceilings and I am not sure how well the carpet was vacuumed. Also, I by accident left my ear pods in the room and when I called, it wasn’t found.

    The breakfast was decent , not what they served in the past. It was self serve which I didn’t think was appropriate because of Covid. Too many people touching the same utensils. Thankfully, there were purell stations throughout the lobby. I also was disappointed that masks were not required with Cincinnati having a high Covid rate.
