There should be an enforced curfew for access to the pool- mbecause it was HS vacation, there were rowdy mainly young men, jumping and screaming by the pool till 1 o’clock- 2 nites I had to call the main desk who called security!

Very pleasant, good pool, across from beach, lounge chairs and umbrella available for free at the beach, good breakast!

For the cost and location, we were disappointed that the windows in the rooms were all fogged up and you couldn't see the ocean from the bedroom, only from the door wall if it was open. This was doubly disappointing since I paid $40 extra per night to have an ocean view. The windows need to be updated. The refrigerator was wedged into a small cabinet and it was difficult to open and close the door. Although there were two full bathrooms, there was only one hairdryer so we had to take turns getting ready. There were 20 family members in our party and everyone had the same issues with there rooms.

The rooms were large. The hallways were large. The beds were comfortable. The location was just steps from the beach. We enjoyed the free drink vouchers but breakfast was the best!!! Omelettes cooked to order and many fresh choices. We were 20 family members and there were many areas around the hotel where we could gather and visit. The staff was friendly and helpful. We held our mother's memorial in one of the event rooms and the dinner and dessert were delicious.

I didn't like the balconies, too small, needed cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast should have other options beside pork (sausage, bacon) every day. There should be water dispenser on the floors if we were only provided 2 bottles of water each day. I had to go the pool side multiple times a day to get more fresh water.

I loved the location.. since we were unable to go to the Caribbean as planned this was second best with the ocean vibes and clear blue waters. The beach chair service was also a plus! 2 chairs, a table, and umbrella brought right to us. I love how quiet the room was! The breakfast every day was a good option. The gym was clean and equipment well maintained. The pool was very clean as well as all the chairs and tables. The pool side food and drink service was great addition to the vacation vibe! Lilianna was so sweet and attentive. This place was just the little slice of relaxation that my husband and i needed. I also appreciated the quick feed back by text from hotel staff when i had a quick question!

It was very hard to find a lounge chair by the pool. Many lounges remained empty, with towels thrown on them, for hours. Also there was a little construction going.

The suite was quite roomy and clean. Staff texted me everyday to make sure all was well. Free cocktails too:-) The beach is right across the street...crowded but quite beautiful. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Pool was ok but bathroooms were under construction when we were there. There was no beach access due to erosion and they were working on it. Breakfast was good but crowded.

I thought having an ocean view would have been nicer. It wasn't what I expected. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. I feel the glass could have been cleaned. Did not like that we had to pay $26. A day for parking. That's crazy.

Loved that the room was so big and cozy. Having 2 bathrooms was nice also. The drinks and breakfast that was included.

I have to say first of all that they are in the process of remodeling, so I hope with that they change out the mattresses. The bed was too hard and gave us aching backs. The decor was clean and not bad but for the price we paid I expect a more updated decor. The other complaint I have to mention is the parking fee of $26 a day. That should be included in the resort fee. You shouldn't have to pay to park when you are already paying upscale prices.

Beautiful view from my balcony! We all loved the breakfast and the afternoon receptions with all the free drink coupons was much fun. The staff was amazing and I can't say enough about the breakfast chef making the wonderful omelets in the morning. The location was great and not crowded, probably because of the time of year, Sept 27 - Oct 2 was a wonderful time to visit Embassy Suites. The suite was very nice, and we were surprised with the extra bathroom, what a plus.

The hotel shower could have been cleaned better, appeared to have mold in grout. The bathroom with tub, the toilet had issue and ran all night long.

Loved easy access to beach, pet friendly hotel, friendly helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. Cook was fabulous very talented cook. The only thing to add was expresso and waffle maker. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

It is far from places to eat or grocery stores if you don’t have a car. The building is a little bit outdated. The last day of our stay, the ceiling of our bathroom started to heavily leak. The pool was overcrowded and looked dirty all the time.

The ocean front deluxe room was amazing. Sparkling clean, breathtaking views of the ocean from everywhere, comfortable beds and great linens, beautiful design. The beach was great, clear waters, clean, next to the hotel, with showers and beautiful decks and pam trees, right on a boardwalk. The breakfast was great in a restaurant with ocean view. The guy who prepared the omelettes was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was a little bit expensive but very delicious and very beautifully served. The staff of friendly and professional. The hotel had good amenities such a souvenir store, clean restrooms everywhere, water for free, cozy lobby, luggage room. They offered towels for pool and beach use.

No luggage carts. Parking was expensive even though we self parked. Breakfast was a madhouse, too many people at once and food kept running out.

We would recommend storing breakfast entrees I’m a fashion which would keep them warm. Our pancakes were cold, bacon cold and cooked too hard and the Belgian waffles were also cold and cooked too hard.

We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved the staff. We found the room to be very clean and comfortable!
