Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

This is the perfect location for the convention center and for the Amalie Arena. The Hotel is huge but has very nice, large and clean rooms. They offer a complimentary Happy Hour with free drinks and a good breakfast is also included.

United States of AmericaThe valet parking was a surprise. Also the cleaning service was upon request. We did have to keep asking and calling for more clean towels and face clothes. With it being the summer the elevators did take long when checking out.
First and foremost Rob was exceptional at the guest check in desk. He notified us on everything the hotel has to offer and what events they were having. Rob made everything comfortable and smooth with check in. we drove from Georgia on a 5 1/2 hour drive and he made sure we were able to check in early. Rob is the best

United States of AmericaThe parking is Valet only for $35 which is fine but Valet was very unorganized. They was not able to locate our car at first, and then to contact valet you suppose to scan QR code and/ or text a number, which again would be fine and convenient but it was not working so we had to go down to valet and request our car and wait.
The Facility is very nice and location was by the water so we could look out our room window and see all the boats & yachts. The free breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed !

United States of AmericaIt was hard to sleep because of the noisy elevators. Also, one elevator was not operational and, as a result, the lines to use the available one were long.
The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the three pillows on the bed. Desk staff were all professional and attentive. Valet service was fast, considering the volume they had. Location was perfect for our concert event. Quality of the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

United States of AmericaThe staff was ok. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, we are accustomed to some additional perks but we didn’t receive those. Also, the amenities of the hotel really don’t accommodate the size. There weren’t enough tables for breakfast, hardly any chairs or towels at the pool and there were long lines for everything - elevators, check-in, luggage, valet, etc. The pool was quite dirty as well which was a little off-putting.
The location is great - the street car stop is out front, easy walk to the river walk and right next door to Amalie arena for the game.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioning was not working well. Thermostat in the room is really just for looks since the a/c is climate controlled from downstairs. Never could get the room cooled down. Pulled the sleeper sofa out to check it out - that mattress was so old and thin and lumpy - there is no way anyone could actually sleep on it. The extreme poor condition of the mattress on the pull out sofa was shocking.
We were attending a hockey game at Amalie Arena, so the location was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel is pretty inside.

United States of AmericaOf the 4 elevators available only 2 were working and the facility was at capacity. To use the stairs you had to go out side of the building for 2 flights and hope the fire exit door was open on the outside.
