Front office staff were not always available.

Conveniently located, comfortable bed, very quiet with scenic view. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable motor-lodge establishment that was more than adequate for our needs.

The beds where super firm , we are use to a more softer beds but we have pillow top mattresses at home that we are spoiled too . And comforters weren't as thick as I'd liked . But don't have anything bad to really say about the place . Over all we where jst happy we could find a place to stay when our camping trip failed due to no camping areas available so this place was a great alternative. We enjoyed our trip .

The staff was super nice very accommodating , very quick check in progress. Room was clean which was nice .

The only thing i didn't like was later in the evening i wanted to go into the lobby and check out the brochures and it was all locked up. I could have rang the bell, but i didn't want to disturb them. I think the lobby of a motel should be open till 9 or 10 in the evening. i would say it was around 6 or 7 in the evening.

My roommate said their bed was too hard. I thought they pillows were dacent. I slept okay in the bed. My complaint was the edge of the bed was not sturdy. I did kill a couple of roaches the first not out of two.

Good location practically next door to the passion play. Owners We're very friendly and accommodating. The Room and facilities were nice and clean.

HOUSEKEEPING WASN'T TOO GREAT. OUT OF THE WAY. ROOMS WERE VERY NOISY BUT IT WAS SPRING FLING WEEK-END. BUSTED MY TOE SEVERAL TIMES ON THE MIDDLE BED BRACE. IT STUCK OUT PAST THE BED A FEW INCHES.

IT WAS A DECENT ROOM FOR THE PRICE. LIKED THE TOWELS FOR THE MOTORCYCLES. BEDS WERE OKAY, ALTHOUGH THE BEDDING WAS PRETTY THIN.

Water Pressure but again it is probably the same everywhere in town. I live in Branson and people seem to forget that overall the population is very low so you cannot expect big city accommodations.

The breakfast wasn't a grand breakfast which I would have liked, however it is the same as most hotels in Eureka Springs. There are not to many breakfast places, however lunch in town is expansive. I liked the location of the hotel. Close enough to things but still out of town.

There was not an ice maker that was saw. That was very disappointing. Breakfast items were very limited to choose from but service was good.. Would of given 10’s all the way except for the above items.

I guess given the on line pictures I was expecting more. There was a terrible smell in the room so I turned off the AC and slept with the window open.

Good location. Breakfast wasn’t appealing, I ate elsewhere. Staff did do extra because they didn’t have decaf in room, so found me container of decaf and filter. Also got me change for laundromat but all soap containers were empty

The chemical smell ( what they clean with) was VERY strong when we came in. So much so that one of us had a headache immediately. The pool needed some attention, lots of debris at bottom. Needed to be vacuumed.

Very easy check in process, we got to park right in front of our room. Not crowded at the pool
