Difficulty with TV ...seems like the battery in the remote is bad, but also the TV programming/reception.

The staff are great. they are polite and helpful, booking is ease and they try to fill requests.

Lots of street noise. Room was cold and took hours to warm up. I had given the motel my anticipated check in time, would have been nice to have arrived to a warm welcoming room.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, Amenities were passable

I was uncomfortable about the bed: the bed spread was the kind they dont launder, the sheetswere worn, thin and didnt cover the mattress well; the matress cover worn and old; the pillwe little and old wit one case. The floor was sticky and dirty. In general: i wont retun.

No one available at check-in (understaffed). Icky smelly room that seemed very expensive for what was offered.

Not in the top of the similar motels I have stayed with this year. Seemed to be some illegal trade. All around OK given city, time of year etc.

Was one of the only and least expensive options when I decided to book.

The bed had holes (cigarette possibly). Only booked room there cause I saw there was a microwave and mini fridge in the pictures, so I could put some food from my cooler (873 miles) in it, neither of those were in room, so had to go get fast food. Also the bathroom smelled really heavy of cigarette so I had to keep the door close and limit use of it.

Closeness to where I needed to go. The lady at the window was nice.

Very noisy neighbors. Previous person smoked in room and there were burn holes on bed covers, both beds.

Wi-Fi was weak if it worked at all. No fridge or microwave (We knew this going in, but be aware of it.) Towels as well as sheets & bedspread were worn & stained. This shows a lack of respect for the guests & would not cost much to fix. The managers also appear to manage a nicer motel next door, so I guess that they know how ragged this place is. But from the outside there's no way to tell the difference. Travelers beware. I am a budget traveler & like "cheap motels," but this one is so funky, I had to leave a review.

Location was not easy to get to. There was only one bath towel, no bath mat, the hand towel was stained. The check in clerk did not provide a receipt or check out details. I was charged more than what I booked the room for.

I HAD TO GO BACK TO OFFICE FOR SECOND DAY KEY, INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE IN TIME TO GET AND TIME TO STAY. IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK.

. The beds could’ve been a little bit more softer, having the bathroom by the bed it was not cool. And the TV kept going in and off with different signals on it. If you stay longer than seven days they don’t clean your room so you have to get sheets blankets and towels for yourself.

The location was great and we had one particular individual April that was there for night duty very kind caring sweet young lady. There was no breakfast served whatsoever. And as far as transportation we travel by car to Hayward fail because I was working the track and field meets there.

I didn't like that there was no refrigerator, no microwave ,no coffee pot. I mean what year are we in here? Doesn't everybody out there need to drink coffee or at least have the option of having a cold beverage?

I liked that when I checked in the lady gave us a little bit of a discount so that was cool. She told me that it was a mistake on her part but A discount is a discount as a discount...

The walls were so thin and there was a man yelling profanities for about 2 hours in the night while he watching something on tv. It was very unsettling.

The mattresses were extraordinarily uncomfortable and at least 20 years old. The sheets were very itchy.

The location and value were excellent. We were walking distance to great food, and a short drive to campus. The rooms were updated in terms of countertops, floors, bathroom, and there was a microwave and fridge. Excellent!
