The pool was okay, a lot of chlorine but I guess it's needed. The hot tub didn't work at all, it would have been nice to have received a heads up about the broken pipe. There was not maid service, not sure why....

This hotel is a great value and a great location, you can walk to everything. It's a little dated but you don't spend much time there anyway. The employees really make the stay special, they are friendly and accommodating.

Totally subjective, but the coffee wasn't very good.

Breakfast was as advertised-a Jimmy Dean egg, sausage, cheese croissant or a cold breakfast cereal with milk, a granola bar, yogurt, and juice. The lobby had coffee and juices available 24/7. We didn't care for the coffee (small maker in room, also.) Starbucks opened at 5:30-- a 10 min walk. Room was adequate: fairly large with comfortable bed. Pillows were on the flat side. We needed an extra blanket which was supplied. Temperature control worked well. Hot water was quick and hot. Microware was adequate. Fridge was large but froze the food. The mountain views are lovely. The location was within a mile of many places--we were on foot.

The breakfast WAS available - but you needed to 'pre-order' -- and the options were pretty limited. The take out packaged sausage biscuit was good - but the microwave is in an awkward place and was not easy to use. Prefer 2-ply TP - but you can always 'double up.'

The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. A grab n go breakfast was available. The placement of the hotel was handy to the main section of town - yes, a walk, but we are walkers. The room was quiet. The heater/cooler was efficient. No problems with wi-fi. AND ... special kudos to John who was at the welcome desk when we arrived. An excellent greeter.

Pretty loud as near the street and heating unit was like a blast furnace. Bed was pretty hard, fridge froze things, very small shower,, sink was very slow draining.

My family and I went for an overnight stay in Leavenworth to get away. The hotel not fancy but was comfortable also on the main road of all the attraction so we were able to walk most places! John was our front desk check in he was bubbly and helpful, our stay was relaxing and fun.

Everything was exceptional except for one particular employee who was very confrontational and snotty.

Pool was so warm and comfortable after walking around downtown. The walk to downtown was easy and we didn’t have to pay for parking our entire stay which was wonderful.

Air in pool area felt kinda stale. Would be nice to have air flow. There was also a lot of hair floating in pool from a previous client - just felt kinda weird getting tangled in it so we ended our pool use pretty promptly.

I did not like the toilet paper rule and there was no plunger of some kind provided. There were rules stated to not flush the toilet tissue or products down the toilet but they did not provided extra sanitary item to put those use items in.

You can hear everything, from people talking outside to people walking above you. It didn’t really bother me this time but noise does sometimes bother me. Bathroom is as TINY. You barely have room to turn around in there. The continental breakfast was in to go bags. You only got 2 choices for breakfast and you had to submit a ticket before midnight the night before in order to receive breakfast. For $200+/night, it would be nice if they had a continent buffet or more options like most hotels do.

The room and bathroom was clean and the location is wonderful, walking distance to the city center. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Pet friendly and seemingly very safe.
