    No microwave in the room. The bar was only open from 6-9pm.

    The breakfast was great! Well stocked with hot food hot, and a mix of cold cereal and breads. Many beverage options. And waffles! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

    The room cleanliness was less than desirable. Many hairs all over Bathroom, especially on counter top. Curtains, bedding, and shower curtains well all clean but very wrinkled. Lots of dust and unclean surfaces. Breakfast was cold, coffee was almost gone and cold at 7am.

    The Guest Manger Alexander Was Supportive With My Late Checkout Request. The Breakfast Was Excellent As Well. Overall We Had A Great Stay.

    The bar facility was not staffed. The lobby is so beautiful. The ambiance would have been wonderful if you could sit mingle and socialize.

    On he last day there was this man thatapproached me when I was sitting outside in my car smoking. Asking who I was and whether I was suppose to be there. Then when I finished my cigarette I was sun bathing he approached me again and this time I had to give him my entire name and room number like he didn't believe me. He wasn't exactly nice about it either. The rest of the staff were awesome

    The hot breakfast was awesome. The room was nice to. The front desk employees were awesome and very nice and helpful.

    The mattress wasn’t firm enough for me.

    My stay at Fairfield by Marriott was great. The desk clerk Diane was very friendly and helpful. Loved the location and the atmosphere at the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

    Poor maintenance issues. My sink wouldn't drain. The iron didn't work. The telephone didn't work. The hair dryer had issues. On day 3, no cleaning even after asking the maid next door, and the front desk.

    The breakfast included more excellent items than we usually see...multi-items to add to oatmeal/cereal such as Pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, granola, walnut halves, brown sugar, etc. there is a Gazebo next to the parking lot overlooking a Geyser Water spray ...excellent place to reflect/relax after travel.

    We never stayed. We we're out majority of the day for planned events. Room was not clean when first arrived. I, myself cleaned the shower after reporting it the front desk. Right after we left for plan events. Arrive back around 3:30am. We went up to our room to get relax. My wife pulled back the cover and the bed was covered with what appears to be dog hair and there were several stains on the sheets and pillow cases. After inspecting thr room, there spider webs and dust throughout. It was obvious that the room wasn't clean and we couldn't stay there. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund. William did apologize, but Elijah looked at his watch ad if it was to a problem. I asked for a receipt, but William said that I would be charged if he checked me out at this point. I ask for there their names and for the manager to call me. We left the hotel. Around 6am, what I thought was a credit back to my account was actually a bill. The following Tuesday, I called thr hotel about the credit. I told the gentleman that I was waiting on an credit due to an incident from Saturday. He never ask what happened, bur it took 8 days for the credit. He never asked what happened at all and this was Aaron Black, the GM. I called back in 10 days about my credit. Spoke to Aaron Black again and he said it's been 12 days and he was just hearing about this. He said he'll talk to his employees and make a decision. I told him I had pictures and a video of the room. He was going ro send me a email asking for them, but he never contacted me. My issue is this, you charged me and I didn't stay, too many issues with the room. Never offered another room on thr first issue, refused to give a receipt and never follow through on a customer's complaint. He basically said I booked the room through a third party, so it wasn't not his issue at this point in time. The issue would be sent him anyway to resolved. HE LIED AND TOOK MY MONEY.
