Having soap in the bathroom and fluffy pancakes.

Overall the room was nice. Though the bar of soap was missing in the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely disappointing! There was bagels, bread to toast, apples juice and pancakes. Hardly much of a selection and to make it worse the pancakes were awful! They tasted like they were microwaved. They were already prepared in advance and weren't warm. There should be a way to make your own. We couldn't even cut them with a fork and there weren't any knives available. I don't consider myself a picky person, but I do expect soap in the bathroom and it took awhile for housekeeping to bring us a bar. Also if your going to provide a continental breakfast, it would be nice to have a bit of a variety and pancakes that are edible.

No microwave but there’s a community one to use. Pool needs to stay open longer. This is an older hotel that needs a bit more TLC but it’s adequate.

The location is good with fast access to both major freeways. It is adjacent to the large Crown hotel and there is food options and a bar within walking distance. There are also close food options and fuel. It is close to public transportation stop. Small breakfast in the morning but decent coffee. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. I appreciate the staff asked me for a floor preference. And it was simple to extend my stay.

Breakfast should always be the way you start your day. Fresher fruits, a variety; more options for healthy breakfast, especially if you are advertising this as part of the amenities of selecting this hotel...offerings at the Querque Hotel was sparse and requires your guests stand in line or wait for the day's hot food to be replenished....I as other guests walked away.

No phone in the room to call the desk, no hair dryer but other rooms that our family booked had both of these things, and a mirrored closet door which we didn’t even have a door on ours. When the wind was blowing, the patio doors howled and it was loud.

The elevator closest to my room was broken so I had to drag my suitcase to the completely opposite side of the building to use the elevator and then all the way back to the front of the hotel. And the internet was horrible. It kept going out every few minutes to the point where I had to just shut it off and use my data plan

We went to swim but it was freezing ! The building had the top open and there were no towels…. I tried calling the front but there was no answer. So we basically froze. Our faults I suppose 😑

I had thought it was a perfect spot. But luckily we were out almost all day. When we came back towards the evening a security approached us and said 9 cars were broken into. We had to constantly watch our car after.

A hole in the wall by the front door. The bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired and painted. The vanity needs to be painted.

The staff was very friendly. Very prompt and kind greeting wanted supplies. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The sliding door needs a bit of weather stripping because you can hear the wind blowing through.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the fitness center, hot tub, and beds. The rooms are spacious and well lit.

Some people were very loud with their talking in the hallway. There should be a quiet time.

The location was good because it was easy to get on the freeway. The bed was super comfy with good linens. There was a fridge and coffee maker. I was able to watch Netflix on the TV.

The door to the balcony didn’t close all the way thru and there was a noise made from the air coming out and it wasn’t pleasant to hear it all night long. Also the heater was set up directly. So it was very hot, when turn off it was very cold.

The cleanliness of the building entrance,rooms and bathrooms. The staff was friendly and excellent in all aspects as far as customer service. This will be my go to for a Hotel.

Water in the tub was not hot enough and ran to slow. They also ran out of Bagels for two days (the main item for breakfast).

This time we had a second floor room facing the highway. First floor facing courtyard is a much nicer location. Because you walk right out to the pool.

Centrally located for getting around town. Staff was very efficient and responded immediately to any requests. Towels, a plumbing issue. We love the pool.
