Initial booking did not mention $15 a day for parking, stayed here before without that. The breakfast was limited, and they did not bring out batter for the cook-yourself-waffles fast enough, very long line. They did not offer waffles one day, very disappointed. You must ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Clean quiet room. Location close to home. Very nice staff. Plenty of storage and power outlets.

There was nothing that I would say that I didn't like. I don't think there's any way to improve really anything other than the value of cost of the room.

The female that checked us in was amazing! Happy heart, easy to talk to laughed at my lame dad. Jokes. Really like her and thought she made the checking process exceptional.

Toilet too low to the floor. Had to ask the Maid for a bar of soap, as the one that I had I used most of washing hands and showering. The TV is slow to change the menu and guide. I had to press really hard repeatedly to get it to function. The continental breakfast was just ok. Bagels small, muffins tiny, eggs scrambled and also hard boiled, cereals, fruit, dry sausage. Bacon was good, but not available on Saturday. Did not eat there on Sunday. Good Coffee. Room was a little pricey.

Very comfortable bed. Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, spacious shower. Wake up call service is very reliable. Front desk staff is very friendly. They also have a Beer and Wine self serve (at a cost, of course) in the Lobby. Nice hotel over all!

For the amount charged per night they did not make the bed or clean the room. I requested on the second day to the front clerk but they did not do it. we are not in COVID time now and I think they need to have the courtesy to at least make the bed or listening to the customer.

the charging station out in front of the lobby was evgo and did not worked and when i left someone start using it and charge it on my credit which is bad for security and choose of charging company

I stayed at this property back in August and I found it to be fabulous. This time around I wasn’t as happy with the service the breakfast you had to wait for them to reload the food they weren’t watching when the food was empty you’d have to wait five or 10 minutes our shower door would not close the water with spray on the floor and I didn’t feel it was worth the price we paid

it is right on the highway and the room I was given faced it so it was quite noisy. when I asked for a room change, after telling me that they were fully booked, they also pointed out my rate. I don’t like being treated like the underclass and I don’t think the people who work at a hotel need to take that approach. it was enough to say that they had no availability; the rate shaming was unnecessary.

A/C was wonky. We'd turn off the thermostat but the A/C would turn on by itself and make the room very cold. Engineering could only suggest disconnecting the unit entirely, which is inconvenient if you do get hot and want it on. The black-out curtain does not close all the way; if you are on the 1st floor then that means limited privacy and someone could see into your room from the parking lot. Engineering couldn't really do much and gave us a clip to keep the curtain closed. Adjustable shower head would be nice to control water streams; if you have thick hair, good luck washing it with the tiny/weak jets. Continental breakfast was not great.

Very spacious room with comfy bed, large work-desk, and seating. The hotel is conveniently located next to the 55 freeway and shares a parking lot with Starbucks, FlameBroiler, and Subway. There's beer & wine on tap in the lobby, along with a well-stocked snack bar you can bill to your room.

Stayed here for 3 nights to avoid the heatwave, following two major Cancer surgeries (I live in a 1930’s house with no a/c). I paid $500 total-for 3 nights-while the price was higher than it needed to be - my stay was exactly what I needed! The breakfast was good and the staff were very professional! Thank You!
