This facility is very conveniently located near the interstate and with proximity to multiple restaurants and shopping opportunities. The staff members are uniformly kind and helpful. We stop in Battle Creek, a midway point on a longer journey, and will continue to use the Fairfield Inn as our go to overnight location.

Looks like it has been recently refurbished, and they have done a good job of it. It was everything we expect from a moderately-priced property.

The temperature in the common areas was 85 degrees, too hot! The pool and hot tub were too cold.

They staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The "marketplace" wasn't stocked very well. This should be a higher priority here due to limited options around the hotel. The TVs are not smart so no streaming service available. You can bring a PC with an HDMI cable.

Other guess' kids running down the hall. (Noise) The comforter or blanket did not hold the body heat as well as i would have liked. Also found a previous guest's food in the in room fridge.

Continental breakfast was NOT Up to par at all things were not filled back up. ( bagels,muffins,bread etc) Which left very little variety. We were there at 730am still had hour and a half left to serve. FEEL like prices were jacked up for the bowling tournament people.

Just advice to management: The sold inner window curtains are on tracks that only extend about 18” on each side so there’s not way to cover the window completely. The outer curtains are very sheer, almost transparent. My room was on the 2nd floor and the extremely bright parking lot lighting shone into my room and I had to use the bed comforter to cover the window because the lights were directly in my eyes when I was In bed and it would be impossible to sleep. Having blackout curtains covering the entire window would solve the problem Otherwise room was great!

Good location not too close to highway noise. Clean, well appointed rooms, nice amenities.

Room service and room cleaning was very poor.. Often did not get complete set of towels. Floor not vacuumed.

The bathrooms are small, and the toilet leaked water from the tank onto the floor. The beds are uncomfortable. Some of the staff had no clue when we asked to leave a day early. When we checked out, one staff was able to help us.

Not a thing. It was the best accommodations I had during my 4 night trip.

Friendly staff. Very courteous and professional. Accommodating. Clean room. Tasty breakfast with healthy choices. The guest services representative even remembered my name the next morning!

Had to move rooms due to uncleanliness of first room. Tv wouldn’t work in the first room. Shower had hair everywhere and hard rust stains in tub. Toilet paper was unraveled. Staining on counters and bedding. It’s like the room wasn’t cleaned before I got there. Second room was better, cleaner.

Location was good, friendly staff. Second shift front desk gentleman helped switch me rooms and was sympathetic and quick to resolve issue. That was much appreciated.

A convenient location, very near I-94; a nice setting; a neat, clean and well-maintained property, not fancy, but well-suited to the needs of the overnight traveller. The staff are great - and we can speak now to four separate occasions on which we could observe.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good and easy to access, and the hours it is open are so convenient for early risers or those of us who need a little more time getting up and moving haha! We enjoyed our stay!

The rooms lack cleanliness; every time I stay, there's hair in the bathroom, and an issue with the bed sheets causing irritation to my skin. Also they never change towels and toilet paper, even when I stayed for 4 nights.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and the hot tub didn't work. It was the sole reason for renting the room at that hotel.

I did not like the pool. The color of the ground was black, which caused me not to go into the pool. The Jacuzzi I went in with persuasion, however, was not happy about it. It had a weird smell to the water, and the bottom of the Jacuzzi did not look clean. There was earrings and hair ties and hair. Once I found that I got out and did not go back in the entire time of my stay. I also brought it to the attention of the staff they told me that’s how it was. I stayed at your hotel because of the Jacuzzi, and was extremely disappointed. The water was not even hot enough to relax are muscles could not sit in a relaxed because of all the garbage that was in it, and a weird smell from the water.

The decor was nice in the lobby. It was clean the room was OK. The breakfast was really good and fresh.

I chose the hotel for the pool and it was a huge letdown. The pool had a layer of film over the top and was cold. My grandsons wouldn’t even swim in it. The hot tub was also cold and not useable. The tub/shower had mold on the walls and tiles and even the shower curtain had stains on it. Overall, a big disappointment for the price and name brand.

Convenient location for our travels. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
