Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Really, this is a minor gripe.This is a warm hotel. Some people may feel it's too warm, but better warm than cold. We opened the window at night. Our room was 77 degrees, and turning down the thermostat changed nothing.
We stayed 9 days and there were fresh towels each day and the room was cleaned well each day. It's conveniently located a couple of minutes off the 495 ramp. There's some convenience stores nearby. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Breakfast is so so. It closes at 9:00 am and most hotels I stay go till 10:00 Its not much but its something. The only other comment that is needed is that I came to this Marriot because I have been here before and their photos online show the pool and the hot tub/spa. The hotel should change that picture because they no longer will be using the hot tub/spa and they have not for the past 6+months. There is no renovation, they are just no longer allowing it to be used. Because of that I changed my 7 night stay in January to another hotel where I called the front desk to make sure their hot tub/spa was operational. This was important to me and because Fairfield Marriot in Medford shows it in their photos it is misleading to someone looking for that particular amenity.

The front lobby was very cramped. The couches felt like they were in the middle of the walkway because they were!
The free breakfast provided a very nice variety of food. I needed gluten-free and was able to find several items that worked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Was charged 4.95 for WIFI. Was never told st the front desk there was a charge. Was told to use our last name and room number for the WIFI. If I knew about the charge I would have just used my data. I was never charged before at a Fairfield for WIFI.

The closest was small. The breakfast cereal options didn’t include Froot Loops. The snack store was pricey.
The room was clean, the pool was warm and the breakfast was tended to by a pleasant lady.

Did not provide tooth brush and pest which normally 3 star hotels provide. Swimming pool timing was written 6am to 9pm inside the swimming pool area but at swimming pool Entrance they put us a paper saying 12pm to 9pm which I felt ripoff. So they don’t want their customers who’s living that day don’t have any chance to enjoy the pool anymore. While leaving the property it should have been opposite making customers happy not sad. management should re think.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower head was for someone 6'7" tall. I'm only 5'2", and I would have had to risk life and limb in order to change the spray. Certain things like furniture would have been nicer if they had updated them. The first nights stay during the week was worth it, but Friday-Sunday wasn't.
It was very clean. Cleaning staff made sure we had new garbage liners and towels.

Weekend price was too much for a non resort area. We had to visit family so we paid for it. Breakfast was pretty good on Sunday morning but when we got there late on Monday (like 15 minutes before nine am) all the hot food was gone. Our mistake but if you’re serving til nine then do that. We were not the only ones disappointed.

There was a strange noise (maybe the pipes) but I kept the AC on to drown out the noise.
Staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The shower pressure was amazing.

The rooms were on the small side but it didn’t matter, it was clean and comfortable. If we had a longer stay a bigger room with a sofa or a couple of chairs would have been nice. Of course, rate was high but they are crazy everywhere around NY 😒
Everything was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good.
