The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was tasty. Pool was sunny and secluded. Good location next to Starbucks and waffle house!

The breakfast was bad - undercooked potatoes, cold eggs, undercooked sausage. Food barely warm. The food was the biggest detriment.

Rooms too small. Commode was small, outdated, and didn’t work, no parking, not well lit, hard to find, breakfast awful and only available for part of designated time. Woke in the night by a woman (possibly prostitute) at 1 o’clock beating on my door. Cost too high for this poor quality. Etc

I could see it had been renovated in the last 5 years or so. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff I encountered was very nice. The location was fantastic right off the interstate with restaurants and shops all around.

There was no Hot water (Luke warm showers) internet for TV did not work most of the time and Breakfast was only eggs and waffles. Apparently, a group of 40 was the reason. Obviously can't accommodate all guests during Breakfast hours.

The smell in the room was of a wet rag, had to open a window all night because the air was not breathable. It was better after a few hours with the window open. Cleaning was below average for the bathroom.

The room was kinda not that clean, fridge was not working well freezer had ice coming out of it and broken freezer for. Beds were clean but the rest was only ok. No bags in trash cans coffee pot didn't really work. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling above one bed

It was great! The waffles were my favorite! I love that you had eggs on the third day. It switched up everyday, fruit some days, eggs and sausage. Warm and fresh!

The microwave didn't work. The coffee pot was hit and miss. We were on the main roadside, so it was really noisy all night long. We even had one person come in at 4am with his music blaring in his car.

Staff was very friendly and when our first room smelled like urine she moved us and apologized over and over. The location was good and there are a few restaurants in the area. The queen beds were comfortable.

The microwave in our room didn't work and the coffee pot was hit and miss. You can tell that they are trying to update this hotel but it isn't quite there yet. If you room is on the wrong side, you will definitely hear the traffic all night long.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good for us. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and when we got a room that smelled like urine they instantly moved us. The first time we stayed there they put us away from the road which was night. I would recommend asking for this.

If I had to complain about anything it would be the room keys, kept deactivating, but had it near my phone, so I’m sure it was partially our fault 🤪

Staff was super friendly and so helpful, the night counter lady was professional and went out of her way to accommodate our family! If I remembered here same I would give her a big thumbs up from The Perry family! It was only her 3rd night working and handled a huge soccer team, a brain storming team from NAU along with having to conduct regular business! Give the lady a raise 👍 enjoyed the gym also
