The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We had to ask for fresh towels twice during our stay. There were only two originally provided. Housekeeping entered our room while we were still enjoying our stay. while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging on our door. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were excellent. The carpet in our room was new and our room smelled clean upon entry. The pool was closed, which we were not told until check-in.

The continental breakfast was good. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from.

The ice machines on the 3rd floor were not working. The breakfast was only alright... was hoping for better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dead bolt to my room was broken and I could not lock my room. The staff was able to get me into another room.

Some things are a little beaten up. But that’s normal wear and tear - nothing off putting or gross. Wish the rooms were a little more sound proof? Only say that because we were booked right by some college kids that you could hear a little bit from time to time enjoy themselves - again wasn’t something terrible. Frankly as I type this out and think about it… maybe the rooms are actually really great for sound proofing! Cause for as many of them celebrating we only heard echoed muffles of laughter late at night a few times. We will be returning

It was updated, the location was good for our needs. The staff was incredible and helpful and kind. Staff was incredibly helpful! Everything from check in, to grabbing some late night snacks at their snack bar to morning breakfast - the chef wishing good morning to everyone. Those little moments of positive attitude go such a long way. The room was nice especially in comparison to the nearby hotels I’ve tried previously when coming to town to visit family. We will definitely return. The breakfast food was really good and had a great variety. We will definitely be returning

The electrical outlets on the bedside lamps in my room were inoperable so my wife could not use her c-pap machine.I reported this to the desk at checkout.Everything else was exceptional.

The room had a bit of a funky smell that we couldn't get rid of because the windows do not open and there is no air circulation system. It was clean otherwise, but smelled of like humidity.

The location was very convenient for us, but make sure you have a car, otherwise you will be stranded at the hotel and the nearby strip mall. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't like when I checked into my room that the trash was never empty. When I went to the front desk they ensured me that they would take care of it but it wasn't until the next day. Nor sure how you can miss emptying trash

There was a Marijuana smell that seem to linger on second for the whole time which made mother and I sinuses go crazy when we stepped out our rooms

Breakfast was okay at 9 not much for what I could eat I had a bagel, eggs, banana and orange. I didn't eat sausage patty they didn't look done and I heard someone ask about the cheese they said was 2 days old so I steered clear but over great for the kids I seen on trip there.

There was mold in the bathroom/tub and a funny odor in the room. Stale, musty, hard to describe odor.

The amount charged to my account was $30 more than the amount stated on the receipt. It was explained that a $20 per/night incidentals fee is charged per night and that it is usually reimbursed with 5-7 business days. I would have like to have been informed about this earlier.

There is not much to say I didn't like. The only issue would be the allowance of smoking near the entrance. It would have been preferred to have a designated area away from the main entrance for the benefit of non-smokers and those with kids or breathing issues.

Location was perfect and close to major roads that made getting around great. Breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful to all my questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The mini gym was just what I needed to stick to my workout routine.

At Breakfast a disheveled gentleman, obviously was not a paying guest, walked in removed majority of the food from the cooler, stocked his backpack with fruit, cereal…pretty much cleaned out the breakfast area-no one said anything or offered a “to go package”
