Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWent down to get some breakfast. Was told that the food I asked for was too much. Told the lady. I’m traveling with my daughter and a pet. For the price I paid it should not have to be an issue.
Location was excellent. Shower was nice. Cooler was nice a cold. Tv was ok

United States of AmericaOur only complaint was having to pay $35 for each dog. I don't mind paying a pet deposit but my dogs are kenneled and housebroken so I felt $70 was an outrageous pet fee.
Everyone was friendly. The Inn was immaculate.

United States of AmericaGallup is not my ideal choice of town to stay in, but since we had to, I am glad we stayed here. We felt very safe and had everything we needed. They are doing brown bag breakfast because of COVID, but it was pretty good.

United States of AmericaFirst and foremost the train comes by every 35-45 minutes throughout the night! At 3:35 AM the train blew it horn and that topped it off. The flooring near the restroom has an issue where it felt like you sunk in when you stepped on the floor. There were two dirty towels on the rack. Luckily I always check the towels before I use them. Breakfast was ok . Nothing to be excited about.

United States of AmericaTHe television didn't work. They sent up someone qucily to fix, but he didn't get it to work. Not a huge issue because it was late. The bigger issue were the sheets in the bed. They had a huge brown stain on them. Unfortunately my husband didn't see it until the next morning because we dodn't have all the lights on and just crawled into bed.
The front desk was good. May helped us check out and work with the problems in our room.

United States of AmericaI wouldn't say pet friendly. Your expensive with the Pet fee, there is a bit of an expectations that comes with that fee. Like an area for your pet to exspell & a place to toss it when done. A little run space. This is a higher end hotel and it's advertised as Pet Friendly not Pet Tolerate.

United States of AmericaThe pet prices are high for so little consideration for pets. The rooms are a bit small and the area for pets to do their business is little and not well kept. The laundry room smells like the sewer backup and the hallway has a faint smell of urine.
The staff was friendly and our child noticed the rooms designated for the hearing impaired. She was so impressed since these were the first she's ever seen in Gallup.

United States of AmericaThe location is not good, the parking was awful.. so few spaces.. and if you drive a truck, you’re screwed! The room was filthy.. found dirt on the bathroom floor.. old linen… shower leaks down the wall, and obviously maintenance is trying to cover it up with a ton of calking! For paying $139.00 for the room.. plus $45.00 per pet for 2 pets..I could have pressed on and had embassy suits for wayy less! The pace is disgusting, and don’t eat anything from there especially breakfast.. which was obviously leftover for a few days.. we all got sick!

United States of AmericaI booked through Expedia choosing a ‘pet friendly’ property. As soon as I disclosed to the desk person I had a small dog she put us I. A room right next to the elevator equipment which was loud and literally vibrated the room all night like a massage chair. And the pet fee was completely unreasonable at $56 on a $150 room, something Expedia did not disclose until after accepting the booking.
