NOTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE EXCEPT FALMOUTH YACHT CLUB WHICH ISNT OPEN THIS TIME OF YEAR AND MAY NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ANYWAY EVEN WHEN IT IS.

THE LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING ; BASICALLY SURROUNDED BY WATER ON 3 SIDES. MANAGER WAS VERY FREINDLY AND ACCOMMODATING AND HAD GREAT SUGGESTIONS FOR LOCAL FOOD. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE LODGINGS, REALLY ENJOYED HEARING THE WAVES CRAH IN THE BEACH AND THE DECK UP TOP WAS GREAT.

Gorgeous location right on the beach! Staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was absolutely gorgeous- loved the little touches like the record player! Very picturesque and lovely.

There is nothing that we did not like.

We really enjoyed the location of the room; facing the beach with easy access. I also liked that the beach is private therefore it was not busy during our stay (March 28-31). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We also liked that the cleaning service did not stop in during our stay as we had a dog with us.

I paid for the Deluxe double room with a sea view and chose the option that could accommodate 5 which was pricier than the other deluxe double options, particularly because the room description in the confirmation receipt stated a tiled balcony which I was expecting, I was checked in to a ground floor/ first floor room with an outdoor deck. I felt short changed from what I paid for and expected. I ensured to ask at check out how one can ensure a booking on the 2nd floor and was informed one had to call in or include in notes during booking, but this left me wondering why then are there different variations to choose from if not for selecting the kind of room one wants/expects. I just didn't like that I selected the room variation of that type upon booking, only to end up with a room that was standard on the first floor with no balconies. Please don't take advantage of folks assuming they don't know what they paid for, some of us are ever too tired to argue and take such stays to just rest.

Everything about the property was great! The location, the staff, the view! I very much appreciated the time taken out to let me know of the "things to do/ places to go". That was really kind, and very good options too. That was excellent service! Plus the front desk having availability of knick knacks like disposable cutlery++ when I asked. The view above all is everything and the location is quite good. This is definitely a place worth returning to.

The doors are key locks and don’t have a deadbolt, I could easily pull the door open even when locked. Horrible safety concern. I wish you could manually turn off the porch lights, they were automatic.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!!

The location was amazing, we were right on the beach. The view from our room was exceptional. The room was very nicely decorated, beds were super comfy and the room was very clean.

Room needs some amenities like full length mirror, towel holders-hooks. It would have been nice to receive dailycoffee/coffee cups/trash removal. Im good w/ no service for a few days, but I did request service and none was received except coffee/cups. I had to request a second time.

The only real minor issue was that the floors were cold…though we had the heat on, the floor never seems to warm up. And maybe some time in the future they could add a hot tub.

Two sets of outside stairs led to room. One set was icy, and the other had no ice, but was not lit. That was our only issue.

Room was clean, bright, beachy vibe. Nespresso maker in room. View was fantastic. Turn table w records w beach theme were a nice touch.

The balcony is all connected, I wish there was something that separated the balcony so you can feel a little more privacy and not worry about living the window shades up.

Absolutely loved the place. The view is spectacular! I like that the place was clean and modern.
