Room was dirty tv was going out spots on it made tv hard to watch. Holes in walls water pressure sucks and shower curtain was broken and the shower made loud loud noise. Not enough towels or toilet paper.. there alot to say about the place but I've definitely stayed in worse and it's minor stuff that can be fixed and the price for how the rooms are up kept is kinda pricey.. and didn't like how my locks on door was broke and it seemed as the door been kicked in b4 it was little nerve wracking

The fridge and microwave it was spacious. Staff was nice.

I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The bed was broken. The ac unit on the wall was broken. The bathroom had mold. The doors and walls had big patched up holes. The tv was messed up.

The rooms aren't really that clean they don't sweep they don't mop there's a bad odor the beds are clean though

I like them initially because of the location really but with construction going on that makes it kind of difficult and then normally when I stay here the rooms are usually clean so I was expecting that so I can't really say that I like too much I just like the Red roof but they can do a little better

Bedding (fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, and pillows) had many many burn holes in them and were visibly dirty. The pillows were paper thin and did not have pillow cases. Only two of the lamps worked and the overhead barely worked. The bathroom was dirty and the tub had paint chippings. The whole room smelled terrible.

The room was filthy, what appeared to be blood marked the walls, there was a hole punched in one of the walls. Dirt and grime covered every surface. The room was a non smoking room but smelled like an ashtray. People were loitering around all night long.

Its dirty, nasty, smelly, bad sheets, and bedsing, unkept , urine on floors, bad service after an hour of going back and foeth. They dinally agreed to refund both nivhts and still haven't received my money.. ALTHOUGH ATHEY GAVE ME THE CANCELATION NOTE

The room was in horrible shape Holes in the walls and the floor was extremely dirty. All the sheets and blankets had holes in them. The bathroom had mold on the curtain and the ceiling had a hole and the fan and light was exposed. The ac unit was all busted up. The TV had white dots in it so really couldn't see anything on the tv.

That I was able to smoke in the room.

Everything! There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and it was big enough for a racoon or something of that size. There was brown stuff splattered up on the wall by our sink. Our bedding had burn holes and the room reeked of cigarettes and we requested a non smoking room. When we requested new bedding they said they couldn't do anything about it till the morning. We only stated one night! The area felt very unsafe. We didn't even have a TV remote.

The a/c system worked.

used condoms outside room, shower curtain rod falling off wall. dirt and grit on floor, bedspread had many, many cigarette burn holes in it. refer was literally destroyed, tv screen was 1/2 dead pixels . called office to get a refund and he said no. I had been checked in over 30”
