Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was very far from elevators. Recommend checking in and finding out what number you are assigned. Then ask where to park so that you can get near your room to avoid a lot of walking.
Room was very clean, and updated. Breakfast was average.

Can't think of anything. Oh, the cleaning staff was impressive. They seemed to really have a dang good system. They were like a well oiled machine and friendly as well. Just something I notice while we were there for a few days.
Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, decent beds as well. Location was good as well. . Loved that we could have our dog as well. Great internet as well helpful for my work. thank you

The only thing I didn’t care for was the person who was staying next door to us with a blaring tv.
That it was centrally located and within 10 minutes of the places we visited.

Lots of slamming doors all night,alarms going off in rooms that no one was in. Ours also went off at 6am and we didn't set it. Cable was out so no TV
Staff training I suggest you have a map to show where your room is versus pointing down the hall and letting us figure it out

The breakfast setup and the room used for that amenity was uninteresting and underwhelming. Our stay was for 5 days and never ate there one time. The scrambled eggs were crumbly and appeared dry. The bacon greasy.

The breakfast menu said there would be biscuits and gravy the day I went, but there was no gravy when I went down. All in all, still grateful for the free breakfast though!
I liked the easy check in, the clean rooms, the great water pressure in the shower, and the free breakfast. The bed linens and towels were soft and comfy as well.

I could hear the talking in adjoining rooms. Smokers outside my window made it impossible to get fresh air. Fridge was very noisy when operating. And, these are minor.
Easy check-in. Nice to park outside my room. Comfortable bed. Shower had decent pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast had good protein options.

We booked for parents weekend and the rates everywhere were 3x the normal amount. Not worth $300 a night. Our first room which hadn’t been updated yet was on the highway side and was noisy and worn. Staff was great and moved us no problem and new room much better. Little far from campus so have to drive but not many options especially on that weekend.
Breakfast was pretty good. Lobby is nice with a bar and sports on the tv’s. Bed was comfortable and our second room was clean and updated.

The first afternoon and night the room next door had a dog that barked. More variety for the breakfast would have been good. The eggs were watery, pancakes kind of dry, and the potatoes that weren't tator tots were dry. I did enjoy the tator tots and waffle. Our AC unit was a bit loud and went off and on a lot during the night.
The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. It was nice to have the breakfast included but it would have been nice for a varied choice. I do feel that we would definitely stay here again. The issues in the next box are not bad enough to make us not stay again. They are just being mentioned as they might be good to know for the future.

Breakfast was blah; eggs were awful, sausage under cooked. Easy check-in, close parking although lighting in parking was sub-par. Room and bed were fine. Need better shower curtain.

The room was clean and decor was updated. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a nice treat after a day of walking around Fort Collins.
