The breakfast was just okay. If you don’t want to provide anything like yogurt or refrigerator options, remove the refrigerator. Regular sized pillows on king bed were folded into small looking squares——waste of time and looked very small. Toilet bowl needs GOOD cleaning!

The location was great and the landscaping and porch were very relaxing.

Breakfast needs to be at least until 10am. Ice machine needs to be fixed, the pool needs to be fix and of course need to be cleaned. The hot tub needs to be repaired.

Good location, cleaning was excellent, customer service was excellent, breakfast was excellent too.

It’s an older hotel that appears to be under some renovations. The room was relatively clean. When adjusting bed pillows there was abundance of hair behind the bed. The tv remote was held together with a band aid. No airport shuttle at our time of booking

The location is great from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Room needs some work. Smoke detector wasn’t fastened to wall, it was hanging by wires. Some furniture looked worn with chip’s missing. Bathroom faucet was old, difficult to turn on and would squeak as used. Bathtub was dirty with dark brown smudges under faucet and corner of tub wall. Refused to even use the shower. Had to just wash up. Also the pillows were lumpy half pillows. I’ve never seen such small , lumpy pillows in a hotel.

It was near the airport. Bed was comfortable

Noisy. Gaps between door and door frame letting in light and noise. Bathtub very stained. No coffee pot in room. Skimpy on towels and soap. Rooms are old looking.

Close to airport, ballparks and other attractions we were interested in.

We could only access our room through lobby. Side door was locked. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, and tub faucet was somewhat crusty. Pillows were small.

Room was clean and decent size. No phone or coffee maker in room, but coffee stand setup in lobby. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, scrambled eggs, donut holes, biscuits and gravy waffle maker and juices.

You said that there was a hot tub and pool. The hot tub was shut down by the health department. Believe me I would have stayed elsewhere. I love a hot tub on my travels and it should have noted the hot tub was unavailable

Young man at Front desk was exceptional Room was large but needed some paint and fixes - banged up Hallway doors and moldings etc could all use some refreshing-looks old and abused Overall was clean

Property is dated, needs renovation. “Breakfast” offering was the worst of any hotel I’ve stayed at.

The hotel was dirty the stairs to get to the second floor was full of dust that looked like it’s been there forever the room was dirty and dusty the shower knob was not working properly I couldn’t turn the hot water on and I found hairs in the shower

I didn’t eat the breakfast. I liked the location it was convenient for me with all the stores and restaurants near by the price was ok on a budget but still a little too pricey for the condition of the hotel

The lady that took care of me in the front desk. Wasnt nice or friendly at all. She didnt even say hello when i came in.. i wont stay here again..

The beds were uncomfortable. The mold in the fridge was nasty. The room Smelled like dirty mop water. I didn't like the roaches on the wall either. The hallways had spider webs in corners.

Breakfast was poor. and not an American breakfast. The staff need to wear name badges as you can't tell if they are staff or not unless they are behind the reception desk.

No shampoo or conditioner. You could tell it was an older hotel. Barking dog and thin wall between us and next room (connecting door) we could even hear them cough. We did let staff know about dog and we did not hear him when we returned later.

The room needed repairs. Small water Leak under bathtub into room. Painters tape still on mirror and light bar. After walking barefoot, my feet were filthy from floor.

Location close to interstate making traveling easy. Lots of restaurants close.
