Motel 6 with a simple kitchen right next to a major freeway. Open the window it's too loud, turn on the AC and it drowns out the freeway. Loud fridge. Pool was closed.

There’s a 100$ deposit PER NIGHT that is not mentioned ANYWHERE on booking.com. So when we went to extend another night they wanted ANOTHER 100$ deposit after we hadn’t even gotten the first one back.

Liked the room except you’d expect a kitchen to have utensils and stuff. We wanted a room with a bathtub but they were sold out of them - wish the booking would have clarified that.

All the grass around the property is dead. In the room they have a sign in the kitchen area stating that if we need anything for the kitchen to ask so I did. I asked for a toaster and coffee maker and they didn’t have any. The room also didn’t have a blow dryer. The bed was hard. The trash outside the lobby was full when I arrived and was full when I left.

The outside was very dirty with lots of litter all over the place. Noticed all the doggy waste baskets were overflowing like this place hasn’t been cleaned in a long time same as the parking lot. This gave me not so good of a first impression not to mention the landscaping very dead and unkept. Hate to keep going the the elevator was dirty and the rugs needed a vacuum and shampooing. Also during our stay we had a person try to get into our room 2 times at 130am kept telling him thru the door he was at the wrong room of course not opening it but then to find out our room phone didn’t even work. I will say again the room itself was great. I’m not so sure I would stay here in this location again. By the way got woken up by hearing police in the morning trying to get someone to leave,

my room key wasn’t working I had to get 5 sets a keys the couch we had had I don’t know if it was food stains or what but there were dirty stains there was food crumbs under the couch, we asked for towels they said they only had colored towels but when I got them they were small towels meant for the floor when you got out the shower

Really didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t served maybe I went to earlier but I didn’t see any breakfast also the vending machines didn’t work just took my money without giving me anything that was slightly irritating and in the room I stayed in 412 the fan in the bathroom was loud and annoying other than that the property is well maintained and nice I’d come back again

No utensils. No pots or pans, no cups. No dishes No coffee pot, No toaster. Basically now if you want to cook you need to bring your own supplies

They allow pets! Some of the staff were very helpful! Its more spacious than some rooms

I did not like that it took two days to switch my room due to the toilet stopping up during every useage. The extremely loud vent in the bathroom was unacceptable. I had to make a second request the day after maintenance had visited the room. He saw, heard and felt my discontent with staying in that room. He said he would report it to the front desk, which he may have, but I did not get a follow-up from the front desk that day or the next. I also, did not appreciate that my key card needed to be updated or replaced every night of my stay there, in orderformetogetinto Building B, furthermoremy room.. My finally night was the worst because I needed to get to my room after a long day and needed to be on a scheduled call, which I was made late to due to no one attending the front desk. I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone had arrived to resolve my key card issue. The staff was pretty nice but not accommodating enough for me.

the housekeeping was rude and the door kept jamming had to go the main lobby more than 2-3 times to get a new key. and there were lots of people all hours outside.

it was clean, lack of bathroom supply and lack of the cleaning crew being available. stayed 3 days
