Our first cabin rental. Great experience. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely use this company for rentals again.

Some instructions on how to use appliances would be useful. Some appliances could do with an upgrade-couldn’t get shower in downstairs’ bathroom to work, downstairs bathroom tap wasn’t working well. One of the blankets didn’t smell fresh so had to swap it for a spare one that wasn’t being used.

I think the hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned a little more. Strong bromine smell from adding to much.

Arrival driveway completely cover with leaves actually slipped on driveway but also blower off in two days Windows blinds several were broke or missing but fixed in two days should of been caught by cleaning service also lights on porch nice touch but completely cover in webs.also rent cabin for fireplace able to use 1 hour never was fixed

The tub upstairs seemed hard to get in and out of. The dryer vent was not hooked up to the outside. Cobwebs and pee smell.

Location was semi secluded, yet easy to access. Just what I wanted.

Steps to upper rooms were shallow and hard to climb and decend down. Also, found on arrival that the cabin was clean but dusty. Tops of fixtures need to be better dusted.

The oven was broken when we got there and I had to call a representative to place a repair order. The representative that I spoke with did not speak very good English and I don't think she understood what the actual problem was.

The location was quiet and off the beaten path so it was very peaceful. There was something for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of space and this absolutely met our needs. I picked this home mainly because it was also pet friendly and I really wanted the whole family to be able to enjoy a weekend in the mountains.

The jacuzzi tub upstairs was not working and that was a big bummer, Husband was looking forward to relaxing his knee after walking all day without having to be outside in the hot tub,.

Great location and the cabin was fantastic! Lots of room and the property was beautiful. Great for a family get a way. The host thought of everything.

The water in the upstairs tub came out dirty. It did get a little better. Could have been the pipes. There was a slight odor in the downstairs hallway.

The cabin was great. It was private enough without being too far away from local shops and attractions.

It needed more clean in some areas and some basics things like extra toilet paper, towels for my entire family, extra blankets and batteries for the tv control remote were had to be requested but the team was awesome to act promptly and help us with our needs

The cabin was comfortable, has everything to make you feel wonderful in family in the middle of the woods, not that far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. the staff was excellent to comply with our needs, quick answer and dedication when we needed something

The jacuzzi smelled funny as if it had old or dirty water in it?! other then that it was warm and nice!

The hot tub didn’t heat up till late the second night which was pointless tub wouldn’t work till maintenance came no WiFi and fridge door handle was broke

As soon as we walked in at 11PM, it smelled terrible. I knew there had to be trash or something not right somewhere. Well we found it. It was a pile of dog feces in a bedroom floor dried. Yes, you read that correctly. We got zero response from anyone from the local team despite us contacting the company everyday we were there. This cabin is in big need of some TLC. There is only one shower and it’s downstairs on the main. The upstairs bathroom and where the master is only has a tub, sink and toilet. The stairs are an awkward angle and we wouldn’t let our kids up there. The shower downstairs has a broken drain, in order to not let the shower water stay, you had to remove the drain piece bc it just fell out in our hand. The shower curtain is stained. It was a place to sleep, but we cleaned ourselves and felt dirty the whole time. The back area is not a place for small kids, there is a slop on either side of the small path to that swing in pictures. The hot tub water was green. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT stay w anything managed by VACASA in this area. We have yet to get a resolution. I don’t know who is writing these reviews for this place.

- Cleanliness could have been better, and stairs were a bit dangerous as they were small and very slippery in socks. Expected a little more for the price point. - Grill caught fire, likely from never being cleaned before us. - Deck was full of cobwebs.

$220 cleaning fee to have roaches and dirtiness, it’s a steal, there was food in the oven, I doubt they even change the bed sheets and if they sweep the floor at all. Annoying, problems presented and no solution, just hearing “stand by”. they sent a maintenance person that tried to fix the tv no success, I believe the price of our stay includes the 2 TVs not working. I kept in contact with Vacasa, I sent the pictures to them and it’s was a bunch of “I’m sorry, stand by we are contacting staff to solve” AND NOTHING HAPPENED

everything as described except the TVs and we are travelling with kids, the TVs were essential and they said they would fix it, but never did. the $220 cleaning fee was a shame because the place was not clean, there were roaches in the kitchen. I kept hearing “stand by we are getting our staff to solve it for you”and nothing happened
