The hotel was really messy and looked really bad. Didn't look like a holiday inn

The view from the room was told to be a beach view but I got a parking lot view with a slight view of the ocean. The access to the beach was really good.

We HATED being pressured into going to a timeshare presentation. The woman not take no for an answer. In the end we didn't go, but they kept calling us, which we ignored. The suite could use a little updating, but overall was lovely.

A fabulous location right on the beach. The two bedroom suite was great. It was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the kitchen, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal and the in suite laundry was an added bonus. The location is slightly outside of Galveston, which we really liked as it was a little quieter than in town, but still only a short drive away. The balcony was great, although could have used some nicer furniture. There was nothing like listening to the waves....sigh! The beach was nice and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Mold in shower, obstructed view of gulf by houses, 7-7 construction noise house next door, pushy sales girl on admission, balcony small without table.

Comfortable bed, nice kitchen stock with needs, nice wrist door key, nice gym, quiet almost private beach.

There was no continental breakfast at this location. At the price I feel there should have been. Also there was hair on the linen and in the bathroom. Better job cleaning previous occupants hair.

I love that it had a mini kitchen and the room size was great. Our view was okay.

We requested a condo on an upper floor and our request was met. It was very comfortable and clean. We cooked our meals at our leisure, which reduced the cost of eating at restaurants. It was great to sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee or wine in the evening, while watching and hearing the waves. Walks on the beach in the mornings were peaceful. I would highly recommend this property!

our room was on the street side and was rather noisy with the traffic zipping by. also, the shower soap box was empty! sealed, but, empty. never had that happen before!! might be good for housekeeping to shake the boxes to be sure there is soap inside. a small issue for sure, but, something to improve upon.

ample parking that was close to elevator and room, friendly concierge, easy check-in, room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed for our stay, i.e. coffee maker, etc.

The bathroom is not clean enough especially the shower and the toilet . I have to clean it all over again.

If you wanted to enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the best one. It’s already by the beach. Unlike the other hotels- you will have to cross the street.

Check in time was late and check out time early. 3 PM check in and 10AM check out isn’t very long. The staff did give us 11 AM check out.

Beach location. Size of room and amenities. Very clean and comfy. Parking was great. Washing machine and dryer was a surprise. Most importantly the room was really cold and even had ceiling fans. I will definitely return.

Floors could have been swept better. Towel rack (the only one) in bathroom was broken. Trash piled up at elevator entrance on the ground floor.

I loved the location and the size of the villa. The air worked great for 100 degree weather and having the washer and dryer was nice. Water pressure was great! I also enjoyed my view and the pool. Proximity to the beach.

My husband often has to work a little on trips. Your wi-fi is open/unsecure. This is a problem for him when he is working. It would be nice if a password protected secure network was available for those who do have to work even when they are on vacation. I also do not like having to repeatedly tell the check-in people that we are not interested in the "deals" and that we do not want to go to the presentation. We have stayed at this very resort numerous times. We know we pay more, but we like the location. We are not interested in any kind of time share investment.
